I know that prospects are the hot topic for BobcatsPlanet and will be for the next month. But, we've got some pretty good organization in the draft section already.

Most of the prospects already have an official thread focused on them. Find that thread and include the great articles and links you guys are finding.

This will also keep discussion focused so things aren't being retread in a bunch of different threads.

If you don't see your prospects thread, just search the name in the forum search.

How about moving those threads to the general board until after the draft?

It gets aggravating going back and forth.

A draft forum is great during the season but, lazy peope like me hate going back and forth to find threads

Ziggy? There's already a ton of threads there.

JGib, you may just want to spend your time in the draft section.

Maybe not all of them but, maybe it would be good to have 1 sticky each for our top prospects at the top of the general board.
Robinson
MKG
Beal
Drummond

The rest of the draft stuff could stay over there....

Or just ignore me like my wife. ;)

We never ignore your wife. Oh! You mean...

Sounds reasonable. I defer to Ziggy and the mods on this.

dnb let the mods mod. You just sit there and shut your dirty mouth.

Seriously though, am I the only one who uses the "New Posts" function instead of going through each individual forum?

We have the draft board for a reason. We've had it for a while, and we've never had prospect profiles in the main thread since.

If you want to discuss a generic scenario involving the pick and trades and such, that's perfectly fine for the Bobcats Talk board. But for in-depth discussion (how good of a shooter could Brad Beal become, what type of post move should Drummond work on first, what did they do in their workouts, etc.) that should stay in the Draft board. Which is Swedd's deal, I stay away from there. You guys tell me who we like and I'll cheer them the damned same as anyone else.

TL/DR: Common info can be in Bobcats Talk, in-depth prospect details in the Draft thread.

Barring Ziggy overruling, of course.

I saw that for the first time yesterday and was wondering why I haven't always been using it.

Swedd, I'll be sitting here, dirty mouth closed, with my teabag in your mouth while you learn to make good decisions with my guidance.

Can we also delete the Anthony Davis thread?
