Sad but true.

Our best bet in building is the draft. Only problem is its to flimsy. There's never a real guarantee in the player you draft. Can be a superstar or a bust.

Our Charlotte team has no real free agency appeal given our short-yet-still terrible history. In today's NBA players would rather team up with other stars in hope for championships instead of trying to be the lone superstar that leads a team himself. Our free agency appeal is basically limited towards older, veteran, Carolina natives looking to end their careers close to home (Antawn Jamison).

They trade market could be a reliable source for us but sadly, we don't have many marketable players that spark genuine interest in other teams. Meaning, in return, we usually won't receive a highly serviceable player. Most of our trade talks include our draft picks which we should be holding as values because they are usually predicted as high because of our predictable poor records.

Fellow Bobcats fans, the road to success is a long and bumpy one for us and to some may even seem like there is no end. Our best bet is to trust and have faith in our front office staff and continue to voice our support and opinions. Our building process will take some hits and misses and it will take some time. Rome wasn't built in a day, and we must treat this process as such.

How has Luol Deng not made that list? He is an all star for crying out loud.

Okay so Bonnell tweeted back to me, apparantly he ranked Deng 31.... behind Stuckey, Gallinari, scola and Kris "divorce" Humphries. Are you sure Rick!?

I didn't see any of those guys ahead of Deng. They were mostly way down the list.
