Man is 6'11 250 lb PF/C who 9.1 PPG, 6.9 RBG, 1.2 APG 0.7 BPG and will be a restricted agent on a team with a lot of big men. They've just selected Thomas Robinson :( and already have Demarcus Cousins and Chuck Hayes all at the PF/C Spot. The kings do not have much cap from according to Rotoworld.com and gave him a 4.1 M QO.
Any chance we could go after him and would you guys like to go after him. Gives us a good big man that is young (will be 26 next season), and can score when given the minutes.

This is the type of player we will have to settle for. Not many teams will be calling him but he is still a solid player for the right price.

Spencer Hawes plays for the Sixers.
But I would love Thompson. I've been a fan for a while now.

I thought Specner Hawes was on the Sixers?...
Anyway, He's good. But I'd go Ilyasova first, then Jamison, Then Thompson.

I'm also on the Thompson train, been here for awhile. Amazingly, despite his size, Sacto was actually experimenting with him at the 3 last year. I would love to have him and we could definitely use him.

I just wonder what he was going to cost...and I must be smoking something because I could have swore I read Spencer Hawes, but yeah now that you guy brought it up he was traded a while ago. I really like Thompson and hope that we can somehow get him. Demarcus Cousins is a team captain and will start and play a lot, Chuck Hayes played around 20 mpg, and I doubt you'd select a guy at #5 if you weren't planning on giving him big minutes, one of these guys has to be available and I hope we can do something to get him.

I like the idea of Thompson being our backup C. He would come cheap also and he is productive.
