I take it you're not a Coldplay fan. I liked their first two albums but didn't bother to listen to the later ones.

No I'm not a fan of theirs, but that's not what surprised me about Bismack being there. I just didn't picture him rocking out to them. Of course, I'm not sure what kind of music I'd "expect" him to like, but for whatever reason, Coldplay wasn't the first to come to mind.

One thing that fascinates me is that in America music is extremely segregated but doesn't seem to be nearly so in other countries. Not really a big deal for anyone to like rock, rap, techno, reggae or anything else. Here, if you're black you're not supposed to like rock music and if you're white, you're only supposed to like certain rap music. Very strange.

Don't care for NASCAR, but I think it's great. We deny ourselves so many potential opportunities for joy because we're not supposed to like them.
