If neither Hump nor Jamison pan out, the Observer says we'll go after Hornets free agent forward Carl Landry.


The Bobcats are waiting for answers from free-agent power forwards Kris Humphries and Antawn Jamison. If neither of those possibilities works out, Carl Landry could be an option to fill the Bobcats’ last inside roster spot.

A 6-9 power forward, Landry was productive when healthy for the New Orleans Hornets last season, averaging 12.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 50 percent shooting from the field. He's a very solid player for a free agency third option. I wouldn't mind having him if the first two go somewhere else.

If we end up with Sessions and Landry, we're going to fulfill a lot wet dreams. For mediocre guys, I've never seen so much talk over the last couple of years about players.

What about Ersan Ilyasova? Is he still available? He is a solid big man as well.

I think he already re-signed.

Will do lol. Yeah it looks like the Bucks reuped on him. 4 years 45 mil. Looks like it's Humpries, Antawn, or Landry.

Looks like Humphries is re-signing, and the Warriors are said to be offering Landry the full MLE. I would say Jamison is still our best bet.

I think maurice speights would be a good young option if some of these guys are gone.I wouldn't mind him splitting time with mully @ the 4.

Landry says he wants to go to a play off team and win... looks like that rules Landry out for us
