View Full Version : Purchased NBA Summer League but cant log in!?!?

So I couldnt resist not being able to see the new look Bobcats and purchased the Summer League package but now when I try to log in it doesnt recognize my email / password!

WTH! Anyone else have this problem? I am about to go mad here if I cant watch this game!

Try resetting your log-in information, if that doesn't work, email their customer service. I'd be pretty pissed.

There is a Live Chat option, that's your best bet.

EDIT: I guess Live Chat isn't available during the offseason. You can Submit a Ticket with your problem.

noticed that the payment was pending (maybe due to using debit card)

canceled and used my credit card.

hopefully this works now

Credit card is pending verification as well.

How long did that take for you guys? I am dying here to watch this game!

Didn't take too long to get logged in, but I was unable to watch last night during the game as League Pass was saying it was having technical difficulties. I just checked, and I can watch any of the other archived games, but the Bobcats game is listed as " will be up shortly".

I sent a complaint email about it last night, but no response so far (Stern customer service).

Thankfully there was a link in BCP game chat last night that was remarkably clear.

I couldn't watch Friday night's game, but could watch last night's game great. Log-in worked immediately after processing payment, which took a minute or so.

Their site is a bit confusing though. Perhaps you're trying to log-in to the wrong area?
