I think Houston is loaded and can stand to get rid of one of their young pfs. Morris, Jones, Johnson, Montiejunas, and even Patterson. Anyone of those would be a good fit but I think the only one they would give up would be Johnson whom they got in a trade from the Celtics.

It's really hard to say because all we have to offer without giving up a core player is 3 expiring contracts and the potland or detroit pick. That's perfect for a team looking to unload a bloated contract for a veteran but that's not what cho is likely to do and teams with guys on rookie contracts don't need expiring deals.I'd still like to sign kenyon martin just to bring some veteran toughness to our front line on a one or 2 year deal but i doubt he would play here.Other than that, i'm pretty content to see what happens in the next draft and maybe look at ibaka or milsap if the need is still there in free agency.

Without space we can't do the sort of things I'd like...getting more picks for taking on salary. We did that already tho, so for this season we should just look for some unseen potential and offer an unguaranteed contract or two. DO NOT take on longer term salary unless it's well worth it.

We should talk to Philly about Spencer Hawes in January or February. seems like they've got a logjam at the Center position after acquiring Bynum.

I think Reggie Williams could be used as trade bait. He is a scorer and some teams can still use those 3pt specialist. He won't net us a top player but he could bring in a young player that can actually play some mins for us.

Why would we want hawes? He's overpaid now,he's not really that great, we have bismack for the next 4 years, and haywood for the next 3. Oh' and doug collins has been talking about moving hawes to the 4 position since the season ended. So he'll probably be playing alongside bynum until moultrie develops.
