Just started playing this, and I've already destroyed all of my self esteem.

Played the original DotA for ages, then switched to League of Legends (been in the top 3% during season 1 and then gave my account away). Got my DotA 2 beta invite earlier this year but I haven't played much. I don't like playing this type of game with friends because it turns into a committment and playing solo is just looking for reasons to tear your hair out.

While, I'm new to this type of gaming, I can understand where you're coming from. I'm making my first go of it as a support character, which is probably pretty useless playing with other low level people that don't know what they're doing.

Crazy how involved it is.

I prefer League of Legends, much easier in my opinion.

That's why its a far worse game to DotA2. Don't know how they've built a competitive scene on such a easy game.

LoL is as easy as the competition you're facing. Trust me, it ain't "easy" once you hit ~1800+ ELO.

Considering I used to play DotA competitively, and I have dabbled in LoL it's still a far easier game.
Deny all you want that...oh wait you can't deny in LoL, never mind.
