Mavericks (4-2) @ Bobcats (1-3) - 10/11/2012 - Game Preview

Well after a dissapointing loss to the Hornets on Firday night can we bounce back at home against the Dallas Mavericks?.

Ive been impressed with MKG early on in the season, he his showing his all round skills by avergaing 9 PPG, 6.5 RPG, 1.5 APG, 2.2 BPG, 1.8 SPG in 27 Mins.

Averaging 99 PPG, scoring hasn't been a problem this season for us but we are giving up too many easy baskets both from the 3 point line and inside. Haywood was a big miss yesterday as Davis schooled Mullens in the paint on both ends of the floor.

Ben Gordon and Ramon Sessions have been very good off the bench for us and I think Gordon should start against the Mavericks, what do you think ?

I am so looking forward to this game. I am finally able to get back into my daily routine today after surviving Hurricane Sandy here on Long Island, NY. The best part is this game is on NBA TV so I will be able to watch it. Go Cats!! Please snap this losing streak and win for the people who went through Hurricane Sandy & the Nor'Easter. Feels good to be back, as I missed all of you Cats fans. It was very disappointing that I missed the start of the season due to not having power, but I am now ready to follow and support the Cats.

Dallas's Vince Carter got in Brendan Haywood's face after the game ended, as Haywood tried to keep Carter away from the Bobcats' bench. Looked like it could have gotten ugly for about 30 seconds, but the two former Tar Heels ultimately kept it (mostly) a verbal altercation except for some light shoving. Didn't get there until second half was starting up but thank god am I glad I decided to go late anyway. Amazing half +5 minutes. Both games I've been to this year have just been so electric both in the arena and on the floor. So unlike last year; so much fun. Kemba and MKG....wow. Haters can suck it!

from what I could gather the loose ball foul (I believe it was) that was called against Mully was clearly a flop by Carter (as shown on the replay) and Mully and Haywood were letting him know it. There was trash talking happening throughout overtime and I think Carter was getting pissed at MKG also playing him physical, fighting for those rebounds, etc.

Just my take on what I thought was going on at the game.
