Damn, did not realize Rondo tore his ACL. Well, is there a better backup point guard available for the Celtics to pick up? This may be their last hurrah with KG and Pierce, so there may be a sense of desperation to get a real lead point guard on that team. Sessions can score, but can he be a distributor for them?
Maybe we could poach Sullinger or Melo from them, or even Bass (although it seems like he's fallen off a cliff) as a throw in. We have the leverage if Boston is looking to save their season.
Ainge is going to let the roster play together for a few weeks to see how they look, so no trade is going to be made until mid-February at the earliest (unless an unbelievable offer presents itself, obviously). I doubt Jeff Green is moved for a point guard, as he was brought in specifically because he's a decent option for guarding Lebron, which Sessions and Henderson don't help you with.

I don't think they do that.
Also, Sullinger is out for the season with back surgery by the way.
