As I sit here tonight watching the Milwaukee Bucks and Memphis Grizzlies on NBA-TV, I can\'t help but notice that the Memphis Grizzlies really need some help at the point.

Note to Bernie: TRADE BREVIN - TRADE BREVIN - TRADE BREVIN!!!
:P

Raymond Felton\'s 24 points 5 rebounds and 9 assists tonight just add more credence to the fact that we really need to move Brevin Knight prior to the trade deadline.

The next two weeks should tell us a lot about Bernie\'s skillz as a G.M. because we already know that hes not much of a coach. Lets see if he can take some of these pieces on our roster that are not part of the long term vision on this team and see if he can get something that\'ll be a part of our long term plans.

Lets trade BK and Ely to the Hornets for JR Smith, their lowest 1st round pick and a 2nd!!

With the Birdman being suspended, the Hunter trade falling over and PJ not getting any younger, they really need a quality big.

With Speedy becoming a FA at the end of this year and perhaps walking, they need someone to back up CP3.

They have 2 firsts this year and God knows we need some 2nd\'s considering BB has traded all of ours away for the next 10 years!

If that doesn\'t work, offer the same to the Nets but exchange JR with Wright. They need a back up for Kidd and a big and they too have 2 first round picks this year.

Big Slam, Welcome to the Board.

I would love to get JR Smith off of the Hornets roster and plug him in here at shooting guard. This may be a bigger possibility than a lot of people think, because history tells us that George Shinn won\'t pay his players and that he\'d rather trade them away before giving them a big contract.

Add The Detroit Pistons to a possible Brevin Knight Trade destination prior to the trade deadline. Since they traded Carlos Aroyo, It looks like they want to pick up a veteran point guard to back up Billups. The rumor is that they would be willing to offer Kelvin Cato, a 6-11 275 pound center thats averaging 3.8 points and 2.7 rebounds in limited minutes

The in house Bobcats appologist at the Charlotte Observer ( Rick Bonnell ) is already laying out the excuses for a Brevin Knight trade not happening
http://blogs.charlotte.com/inside_the_nba/
Respecting Brevin\'s wishes, 30 year old guard, finding a contender willing to trade, blah blah blah blah.
All just a heaping stack of excuses IMO. Bickerstaff needs to put in the work and make a deal happen. Brevin Knight\'s trade value is at its highest right now, Brevin isn\'t a long term piece of this team, so any reason for him NOT being traded before the deadline is just poor General Management.

espn.com is reporting that J.R. Smith WILL get moved before the deadline, so your hopes of getting JR here might come true.
