This team needs a \'Closer\'

Tonight\'s loss to the Miami Heat showed the Bobcat\'s biggest need so clearly that even Stevie Wonder could see it.

This team needs a scorer, someone who can close out games on the offensive end. When they were up by 8 in the 4th quarter, you still knew that it was going to fold, because when it came down to crunch time, they didn\'t have anybody who could consistently put the ball in the basket.

I think that either we\'ll either have to draft that guy ( Adam Morrison ) or have one our current players develop into that role ( Raymond Felton ). Outside of those 2, I don\'t see our future \'closer\' anywhere.

Also I think the \'cats need to gain some more confidence with the ball. It\'s like we\'re playing with the idea that a loss is already in the books. A lot of the game is mental. You got to appraoch it with that fire.

I think that next season when this is truly Raymond Felton\'s team from wire to wire, that you\'ll see that he has the skills and the mentality to be the guy to closeout games.
