I\'ve bragged on Gerald\'s feat of 2+ steals and 2+ blocks that hes on the verge of achieving this season, but heres another snippet from

Bobcats SF Gerald Wallace entered the week averaging 2.2 blocks and a league-high 2.5 steals per game. No big deal, you say? Maybe not. But the only other players to average two-plus in those two categories (since the NBA started keeping track of these stats) were Cs Hakeem Olajuwon and David Robinson. . . .

I know that they won\'t give him the Defensive Player of the year this season because the team is so bad, BUT if they don\'t put him on the first team all defensive team, then decision makers in the league office should all be fired.

I agree with you 100% that gerald deserves to make the all defensive team... Unfortunately getting rung up for 40 by Richard Jefferson won\'t help his cause.
