A Possible project PG at 50?

Weaknesses: Still not the all around floor general that he needs to be for success on the next level ... Decision making can be questionable at times ... Lacks great range on his shot ... Struggled shooting the ball in his sophomore season, his overall statistics dropped from his freshman year ... Must improve his shot selection ... Assist to turnover ratio is very concerning at below 1-1 ... Must get a lot better at protecting the ball ... Defensive intensity and effort can improve ... Developed a reputation as being a bit of a hot head in high school ... Not much of a rebounder ...

A backup point guard at #50 would be a good decision, especially if/when Brevin gets traded. They should also look at Dee Brown and Gerry McNamara.

^I would love to have Dee Brown but he might be gone early in the second round he could be a steal.

I would not mind seeing gray going to the cats with that pick.He is the kind thet will become a solid role player. I think he could do the job at the 1 and also give good mins at the 2.At 50 it would be hard to pass on gray if hes still around.

Another great situation would be Dee Brown at 50 and we could move him to the NBDL and in the 2007 season he could be a possible starter at the sg position.

Brown would be a steal at 50 but i dont think he will be around that long.Thats the only reason i said gray . I think he will still be on the board at 50 and you have to admit you know what you get with gray.

Darius Washington.

I\'d take him over Brown anyday. He\'s young, quick, passionate, and has loads of potential. And he\'s only a Sophomore!!! I\'ve seen the guy play a few times and I was impressed. He\'s also done some maturing since those missed free throws against Louiville in the March Madness tourney in 2005. If i was GM, and DW was still on the board, he\'d be my back-up PG with possibilities of being some good trade-bait in the future!!! =D

Bernie has mentioned picking a Euro player and letting him develop overseas for another year, How about Yotam Halperin, he has size, range on his shot and can play either guard spot.
