Heres the list of the players in the green room for Wednesday\'s draft:
Morrison
Thomas
Gay
Alderidge
Bargnani
Roy
Marcus Williams
Foye
O\'Brayant
Sheldon
Brewer
Simmons
Carney
Redick
Armstrong
Which of these guys do you think will be the last player out? Theres always one guy in there fighting back tears around pick #20, that thought he was going to be long gone.
In my opinion, its this guy:

I\'ll say Hilton Armstrong, Somebody will pick up Redick in the top 15 picks, even though he doesn\'t deserve it.

On the record...i\'m not too big on this Patrick O\'Bryan dude from Bradley. I\'m seeing nothing out of him for the future. Harsh...I know.
So he\'s my pick even though I know it\'s not going to happen.

I wish that it would be Tyrus Thomas sitting in the green room wiping his tears, But this year its going to be Redick. Hes really setting himself up for some disappointment if he decides to take them up on the offer to sit in the green room this year. Between the DWI, the back issues and the fact that hes generally going to suck as an NBA player he really could drop like a rock on draft night.

I am a heel fan all the way ,But all you hear is reddicks that bad. I hate to addmit it but he can shot the lights out. He has a place in the NBA and as bad as this draft is he shuld be a loto pick. I would trade BK for him in a heart beat. Ill go one step futher he make the all rookie team for some body.Last one in the green room NO way...........

I agree with you that he can shoot the lights out, hes also pretty good at........ Well, in college I saw him defensively lock down..... :S hmmm can\'t think of anybody right now. Outside of perimeter spot up shooting, hes useless. If works like crazy he might develop into a poor man\'s Steve Kerr and thats if hes lucky.
JJ better take a nice fluffy box of kleenex with him Wednesday, because I think hes going to wind up crying like a little bitch.

Essentially the exact same thing can be said about Morrison, yet Morrison is being touted as a potential #1 over all. Redick actually plays better D than Ammo too. Redick actaully picks off a lot of passes by playing the passing lanes and showing some great anticipation.
I\'m with you though psycho. I\'d freaking LOVE to see T2 sitting there sucking his thumb as every other green room member gets called before him!!

The thing that seperates JJ from Adam is that in addition to being able to shoot the ball with range ( superior to JJ in my opinion ), hes a much better scorer because of his superior midrange game.

I\'ll agree with you Dav...
I think if Redick is drafted by the right team, with the right set of players, (ie. a team with a dominant post and guard) he\'ll be a big player for the team. If nothing else he can be a team\'s free throw shooter. It sure is nice to have a guy on your team that can drain 94% of your free throws. That\'s a trump at the end of a game. But I know...nobody needs a free throw shooter. Its the NBA! But still...he\'s got the best shot i\'ve ever seen. And in my mind, even though i\'m a die-hard unc fan, i think i\'ve convinced myself JJ is in the top 10 players in this draft. We forget he was the acc ALL-TIME leading scorer. So tell me again...why won\'t he score?
Because if my memory serves me correct...he\'s played with the greats. McCants, Paul, Jackie Manuel (THE defensive stopper for UNC, and countless other ACC stars over the year.)
Redick will do fine. Give the man some respect--even if he\'s a drunk. ;) I had to throw it in...i\'m a heel.

I could see Rodney Carney dropping, his predraft measurements had him listed over an inch smaller than he was listed in college ( if i remember correctly )
