On Felton and May... They also made qualifying offers to Melvin Ely and Bernard Robinson.

I hope Felton stays a Bobcats, and B-Rob should get that option also.

On Felton and May, that just locks them up early for an extra year instead of waiting until next offseason.

The qualifying offers on B-Rob and Melvin Ely allow them to match any other team that may make them an offer.
