Hawks/Rockets swapping picks

draftexpress is reporting that the Hawks and Rockets are finalizing a deal that will send the Hawks #5 pick which will be Brandon Roy to the Rockets for Luther Head and the #8 pick which will be Shelden Williams.

If that deal goes down, then the Bobcats next move should be to strongarm the Hawks out of something, even if its just a 2nd round pick in order for our assurances that we won\'t draft Brandon Roy and screw up their deal.

Let the Rockets have Roy , It would be the best deal or pick Atlanta has made in years .
But i still think a trade and pick would be better for both teams. Sending BK and 3rd to Atlanta four 5th and childers makes more sence four both teams.Atlanta needs a point bad .......

Roy going at 5 isn\'t guaranteed. According to all-knowing ESPN, Jordan really wanted Roy before the whole no-show on us twice. The analyst still thought the best move, if morrison wasn\'t availiable, was drafting Roy at 3. I don\'t know...i\'m just hoping for Gay or Morrison. Although it would be fun to draft Roy just for the heck of it and make Houston mad.

I\'m sheltered...what time/channel will the draft be on? 7:00/ESPN?

7:30pm for the actual draft

I think the top 3 that is rumored is what everyone else on here thinks with Morrison 1st, Gay 2nd and Roy at the 3.
