Hi guys, I\'m from Argentina and news here are Bobcats are about to sign Argentinian SG/PF Walter Herrmann. He\'s currently playing with the current Spain champion Unicaja Malaga. He had really good chances to be the best Argentinian player ever until he lost his whole family and girlfriend in less than a week (his father died, then his mother, sisters and girlfriend went to the funeral and died in an accident) when he was playing Olympic Games. By that time he had won Spanish League MVP, Most Spectacular Player, Best Rookie, Finals MVP and so on. After that, he lowered his game a lot, recovering it little by little. His current stats are 11.9 points and 3.4 boards in 24 mins. He\'s a hell of an offensive player, unstopable when penetrating and amazing 3 points shooter. Poor defense, though.
If this is true this guy sounds like something I have not heard a lot about him but if yall have just post it in this thread. He sounds solid on offense.
Thoughts?
Edit: Here is his stats from nbadraft.net
