Thats what Scoop Jackson says anyway.

Check out reason #4. I think he has a valid point about the US\' team lack of long range shooters, but I think this year we have too much talent and we are too well coached to lose.

your thoughts on his article...

I agree with what he\'s saying. Morrison doesnt have the experiance but he definatly has the range, and with all the international teams being able to shoot from the outside it probably wouldnt have been a bad idea to keep Morrison around.

Ammo has crazy shooting range, thats for sure. But I think he\'ll be a better fit for the team when 2008 rolls around. By that time he\'ll have a couple of more years of NBA competition under his belt and he\'ll be an even deadlier player.

I\'m pulling for Adam and hoping that hes going to become a star as much as the next guy, but in this case Scoop Jackson is talking out his ass. If Adam had made the roster he probably wouldnt get more than 5 or 6 minutes a game behind Lebron, Wade and Carmelo.

Adam has no buisness on the team this year. Probably won\'t make it in 08 either. Look who didn\'t go this year, Kobe, Redd, and others. Redd has a better outside shot than Adam and is used to playing against this type of competition. I\'ll be happy when I see Kobe on the court against these guys. I think it\'ll be his finest moment if he can actually play in coach k\'s system.

Redd\'s outside shot is nice, but from watching Adam in college his range is Reggie Miller-like. Adam has a better outside shot than Michael Redd.

Well the prediction came true-- Morrisons outside shooting would have been a help for Team USA--
Think coach K will dwell on that one for a while--

You have a good point. From the sound of things the U.S. team could have really used some outside shooting against the Greek team\'s tough defense.
I expect that Ammo WILL be on the 2008 version of the team.
