Who do you predict will be the first Bobcat to hit the 40 point mark this season? For the first time we\'re going into the season with several options for plaayers that could do it. I think the obvious 3 are Ammo, Felton and Crash, With Emeka having a way, way outside chance if he had a monster game with a lot of dunks and putbacks.
My prediction is that the Stache will do it about 15 games into the season.

I think none of our players can reach 40 as early as 15 games. But if someone does this, I feel it\'ll be either Raymond or Adam.

My money is on Raymond Felton. He\'ll have the ball in his hands, and we\'ve seen how he can get to the basket anytime that he wants to.

My bet is on Wallace

I dont think any of them will hit the 40 point game early if at all. I think we have three who has the ability. Felton , Wallace ,Morrison.
But you cant hit 40 if you on the beanch.Im getting the feeling after reading BERNIES coments this week . Hes doing a great job of trying to kill all the players confidence. Has any one else noticed it.
But if i had to guess it would be Felton only because i dont think he will let Bernie hold him back.

I\'m going with Felts just watching the way he went right at Steve Nash and the Cavs last season scoring over 30 twice I don\'t think it\'s nothing for him to drop 40+ in a game not to mention his J has improved over the offseason.

Adam Morrison will hit 40 points the first night and proceed to average 63.4 points and 9 rebounds for the rest of his career as a Bobcat.

63.4 points per game.... hmmmm.

Raymond Felton could do it pretty easily IMO. The problem is that every time he gets on an offensive roll, Bernie sits him on the bench for 7 or 8 minutes until he cools off.

name stealer
i think ray ray will be the one to drop 40 first
i dont see ammo doing it this year. maybe several 30 point games... no 40 point games.
crash will be the other one to hit 40 this year.
and can we all agree that crash is a way cooler nick name than g - force like the damn bobcatsbasketball.com tried to force on us. you cant force a nickname it just comes.

Mustachio, I agree that the g-force name is corny. Crash is a much better description of his style and of the way that he plays the game. No matter what bobcatsbasketball calls him, hes still Crash.

Sorry to burst your guys' bubbles, but Gerald Wallace has already hit 40 points this season.
December 27th against Washington.

I think it will be g. wallace or morrison. wallace can get to the hole on post ups and morrison can be a very streaky player and could drop 40 on any given night, but he could also have 2

We know that Wallace scored 40 :D this is an old post, and I just wanted to remind it to everybody. If you look at the dates, you'd see they are from October. LOL. :)
Maybe we can go on for second 40 pt. performance. My prediction is Morrison this time.
