In case you haven't heard from Yahoo Sports

Pat Riley is taking a break from a season that has left him limping and in pain.

The Miami Heat coach began an indefinite leave of absence Wednesday because of hip and knee problems, choosing assistant Ron Rothstein to fill his spot on an interim basis.

Riley will have surgery Friday to remove floating chips his right knee. Surgery on his hip, the malady that hurts him most now, is not yet scheduled. The 61-year-old coach doesn't know how long he'll be out.

In addition to Riles being out, the Heat had to suspend James Posey and Antoine Walker (http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news?slug=ap-heat-playersdeactivated&prov=ap&type=lgns) because they had become overweight fat-asses failed to meet team conditioning goals.

Ha. Nice crossing out.

I'd certainly trade for either one of them - Posey is a good defender and Walker can score with general ease. That whole team, with the exception of Wade, can't seem to keep in shape.

I'd personally take Posey based on a smaller salary and is a better defender, but is a FA after this year.

Would they trade Udonis Haslem to us? I've liked his game and is signed through 2009 for a reasonable contract.

I agree with you, I'd be willing to add James Posey to this squad in a heartbeat. Hes a very underrated player.

I would really like to get Posey. I've always like his game, and did any of you see that game winner he hit earlier this year against the Grizz? That shot was NASTY!

I saw that, and it was a Hell of a shot. Not only can he hit the three, but he isn't afraid to give somebody a hard foul when its called for.

Unfortunately, I don't think that Miami would ever give him up. :-\
