Yes. I will always take pride in my team and remain faithful. I want my team to win ALL the time.

The only time I'd want my team to lose is if it's the last week and we needed to lose 2 to determine between #1 and #2 pick in this years draft.

Other than that, we're only 4.5 games out of a playoff spot! We can totally make that, and I would rather have a playoff spot, some fans, and some dough rollin in rather than an improved draft pick.

I don't think there can be such a thing as "overachieving", just the team that wants it more, and is willing to do what it takes.

A lot of it takes inspriation and determination.

Just like "underachieving" is really just a team like the Knicks. They have the talent, just do not have the will or the determination. The Cavs, while they do have King James, have a bunch of scrappy players that do what it takes to contribute and get the job done. Not the best talent in the world, but god, they want that W every night. I respect that.

That's a large reason why I like the bobcats. They're resilient and the team never gives up, even with a town that doesn't believe in them, and have constant critics and doubters.

Big Slam is right. If your not playing to win, then your playing to lose. I'm sure the players wouldn't be willing to do that. They work hard to even get into the NBA and then people want them to lose. There's no way they'd give in like that and it is offensive to the team, its players, and their fans to even suggest that they "Play to lose".
