Al Harrington, Stephen Jackson, Sarunas Jasikevicius, and Josh Powell to Golden State, while Indiana recieved Troy Murphy, Mike Dunleavy, Ike Diogu, and Keith McLeod.

So, wow. I really liked Al Harrington, and liked his versatility. Stephen Jackson, well, was scum off the court and overrated on it. Jasik-whatever was nothing special - couldn't even beat out the ever injured Jammal Tinsley.

I feel Indiana got the better end of the deal, even with salary cap constraints. Diogu has a lot of untapped potential and could easily become a starter. Troy Murphy will provide versatility and an outside shot for the Pacers, while providing some help for Jermaine O'Neal. Mike Dunleavy (most overrated player EVER) is even rumored to be nearly traded to the Clippers for Corey Maggette. If that happened they would be LOADED.

Imagine this lineup for the Pacers:

PG: Jammal Tinsley
SG: Corey Maggette (theoretically)
SF: Danny Granger
PF: Ike Diogu/Jermaine O'Neal
C: Jermaine O'Neal/Jeff Foster

All they need is a stud point and they'd be an even bigger threat to become an "elite" in the weak east.

Golden State, well, is just in trouble. They get Jackson :dribble: to be a cancer along with Baron Davis, plays the same position as Monta Ellis/Jason Richardson (who may be traded to New Jersey??). That team is destined for a pitfall.

pacers definitely win this deal. if you remember before don nelson's uptempo style kicked troy murphy out of the starting lineup, he was a walking double double, dunleavy is also a better shooter than jackson. he can stretch defenses and get by defenders on pumpfakes. not sure about the contract situation if that was a facilitator in the deal or not.

So, what will be the next trade?
