I thought a poll for the bobcats player of the game might be a good idea to produce traffic. SO, who is going to be our stud of the game? Let's look at the lineups:

PG: Raymond Felton VS. Chauncey Billips
SG: Matt Carroll VS. Richard Hamilton
SF: Gerald Wallace VS. Tayshaun Prince
PF: Emeka Okafor VS. Rasheed Wallace
C: Jake Voskuhl VS. Chris Webber

In this matchup, I see Matt and AMMO playing well and helping us compete. I hope Sean May can play and do as well as he did last game against them.

I'm worried about Tayshaun Prince. He does very well against us. I also hope that we can contain Chris Webber, as in the past he has done decent against us. What do ya guys think?

EDIT: Primoz is out with a bulging disk injury, and Jake will start in his place. I see Ryan Hollins and Ely getting extra minutes in tonights game.

I like the idea, I think its Adam's turn to have a big night. A lot of times he follows up one of his stinkers with a strong game,

i think that this will go in the pistons favor. billups is playing this time, and will make everyone better than flip murray did. morrison probalby will be held in check cuz prince will guard him and his long arms are tough to go against.

PISTONS 101
BOBCATS 90

This time around, I sense that the Pistons are going to take us seriously which isn't good news for us. I'm pulling for the Bobcats, but I get the feeling that they are going to really lay it on us this time around.
Pistons 108

We didn't play to well last night and I believe it might carry over to this game. The Pistons have a lot of talent and I belive that they will beat us this time around.

Of course I'm hoping for a win after last nights terrible lost I'm hoping we'll come out ready to ball.

I see Carroll having a big game tonight I remember the last game against the Pistons he couldn't be stopped.

i think after such a disappointing road loss that the cats are going to bring some energy to this game. i predict we jump out to a big lead (13-18 points) and lead at the half. gerald will come through with a double-double on his bobblehead night, but our inexperience will show in the 4th quarter as the former champs clamp down on defense and force a lot of bobcat turnovers.

final score
PISTONS 94
BOBCATS 87

Aw guys, we've got their number! Matt took 7 shots, made 3 of them, and STILL scored 17 points on em.

I predict a surprising romp.

94 - 82. CATS!

Oh, and I'd like to call it now (please be right!) that someone on the team is going to have a career night. I'm pulling for one of our guards, hopefully Matt.

Hate to say it but i think we lose a close one. And its just the start of a losing streak we will have on the west coast trip. Hope im wrong but this is just the 2nd game of a tough strech . Looks like we on pace for 25 to 32 wins.

If we win tonight, and get our 3rd win of the season against the Pistons, we might be the team responsible for the Detroit fans running Flip Saunders out of town.

We started off slow but Wallace is all over the place has 10 points, 6 rebounds already getting us back into the game.

18 points and 7 boards for Gerald just 2 minutes into the 3rd quarter. Hes too athletic for everyone on Detroit except Tayshaun Prince.

Another hard lost tonight we couldn't make our free throws and we didn't get some calls.

Looks like 4 people were right on the player of the game. Congrats people!

Tough loss from the cats. They addition of Chauncey and Webber really hurt us.

We still are competing, but we just gotta get those wins. We should use our depth to our advantage.

I went to the game last night, a friend of mine called me at the last minute, and man late in the game we couldn't make a stop on d. whenever we made a big basketball the pistons would come down and hit a 3. disapointing loss especially since i got there too late to get the free bobble head.

pretty much nailed it. the last 5-6 minutes, every time down the court, the pistons somehow managed to get a wide-open shot and crush our dreams. they absolutely imposed their will on us.
