I'll start it off. Do you guys think Brandon Wright will be one and done this year, or is he the type of kid that enjoys Chapel hill and the college life so much that he might stick around longer than just one season?

He has the chance to be a lottery pick this year not saying that couldn't happen next year but with all of the hype especially if the Tarheels win it all this year I see him coming out.

i'm not sure about brandan, but i almost certainly know tyler hansbrough will stay for his junior year. my friends tell me they see him having a good time almost every night. he is the big man on campus. i hope brandan gets the same rep that tyler has and stays at least for his soph season.

He's definitely a 2nd year player. He enjoys being there, gets a lot of those tar heel ladies (DAMN!).
Here's the big factor:
HE WILL NEVER BE THE #1 PICK THIS YEAR. Oden and Durant are the clear #1 and #2
Next year, he probably will have a chance at that #1 spot and it'll equal more $$$.

Good point. This year he would probably drafted 5th at the very highest behind Oden/Durant/Noah & possibly Al Horford.

If he waits to go out in 08 I don't see him going over OJ Mayo or Derrick Rose.

99% of the time teams draft size. Large reason Okafor was drafted before Gordon.
Wright also has more potential than O.J. Mayo.
AND teams are becoming more cautious of drafting young players (Kwame Brown).
Regardless, he has a better chance any other year of being #1 or 2 than this one.

I understand that he sure as hell wont be a 1 or 2 pick this year but he'll still be in the lottery top 3 potential IMO if he comes out this year. I just can't see him staying but you never know.

Tarheels probably won't win it all this year, and that will be the biggest factor IMO.
I don't think he's ready yet, another year of college ball woud help him greatly. I didn't think Marvin Williams should have left either. Tyler is just loving life and will not be a lottery pick this year, probably not next year either.
