Over the next several weeks there will be lots of players announcing that they are either going pro or staying. Lets consolidate all of those in this thread as they make their announcement.

The first one isn't official, but Glen "Big Baby" Davis is leaning towards making the jump to the NBA.

Davis is just going to be a Robert "tractor" Traylor type of player.

I see Big Baby as a sturdier Sean May with a little more low post game, but less of a perimeter game.

Dude, seriously???? Don't let body types determine your comparisons!! Sure, the Tractor and Big Baby have the same body types, but Tractor can't touch Big Baby when it skills. Big Baby is a SG trapped in a big dudes body with range out to 3, quick spin moves and super smart ball IQ.

Imagine Durant and Oden decided to stay in College for another year? WOW, who would be 1st overall then?

Brandon Wright possibly... And although lots of people hate him, maybe Joakim Noah.

I wonder if Chase will touch a lotto spot next year I could see him in the 10 top.

Next year I think he'll easily be a lottery pick.

Chase reminds me of JR Smith. Loads of athletic abilty but instead of using it he jus sits back and jacks up 3's.

Hopefully another year of college will get that style of play out of his system.

A few more made their announcements earlier this week

Joakim Noah
Al Horford
Corey Brewer
Taurean Green - Al from Florida

and center Spencer Hawes out of Washington. I believe that Hawes hasn't hired an agent though, so he could go back to school. The one time that I saw Hawes play, I didn't come away that impressed, but supposedly his offensive skillset is NBA ready.

Thabeet is in

It looks like Thabeet is going to wait to hire an agent according to NBADraft.net (http://nbadraft.net/draftbuzz068.asp)

In my opinion he needs at least one more year. Hes as raw as they get.

Yesterday Taylor Hansborogh decided to stay another year in school. He says hes not NBA ready yet. Lawson all so is staying in another . He said hes projected to far down in this years draft. somewhere between 10 and 25. Wright has not made his decision yet and said it would be after the 20th befor he made his decision. They said he he does decide to come out he will go either 3rd or 4th.

It looks like Friday will be the day for Greg Oden to decalre for the draft. According to this Foxsports report here (http://msn.foxsports.com/cbk/story/6707418) Greg Oden, Mike Conley and (surpisingly) Daquan Cook are ALL going to declare.

If Cook enters I would not be against taking a flyer if we had a lower 20's pick, but I'd rather have Marcus Williams or Stuckey. He would not be a disappointing consolation prize.

I just heard on the radio that Brandon Wright will be announcing later this afternoon that hes going pro.

Once he starts earning an NBA salary, hopefully he can get that ear "situation" fixed
