Internet Explorer 7.0 question

I've wracked my brain on this one, but haven't been able to figure it out.

In Internet Explorer7.0 the site renders incorrectly and looks like this (http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w301/bobcatsplanet/IE7image.jpg)

The circled areas among other areas center when the shouldn't be.

In Firefox and other versions of IE Explorer seem to render correctly and look like this (http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w301/bobcatsplanet/firefoxImage.jpg)

Doe anyone have any ideas on this? Is there some sort of patch that needs to be applied to that version of IE 7.0? I'm baffled.

Good question. Unfortunately IE 7 does the exact same thing for me. I checked in all the settings, as well as patches, and the only thing I could find was this:

With IE7 more HTML compliant it's changing the layout. You may have to adjust your HTML some. Are you creating it based on IE7, a previous IE, Firefox, or something else? It might depend on what the new forum layout was designed for.
