Lebron James comes to town as the Bobcats are coming off a two game losing streak (we lost to the Clippers 102-93 on 03/16 and we lost to Milwaukee 91-97 on 03/17). G-Force looked good in our last game against the Bucks and scored 20 with 13 rebs and walter herrmann also looked good with 18 points. Walt has really come on as of lately. Alan Anderson is now back with the team and maybe he will get some pt tonight but with okafor still out and probably may and primoz out as well I see a loss tonight against a very good cavailer team.

I agree thats a tough cavs team we playing tonight . Even with the return of Anderson and Harrington . I still see us playing a good game in a loseing effort.

The way Lebron has been playing lately I don't think we pull this out but it will be a tough one.

Without Emeka, This one is going to be tough. Sean May didn't practice so it looks like he won't be suiting up tonight... but break out the champagne and marching band, Primoz will be in the lineup... Sorry, I didn't take my anti-sarcasm medicine this morning.

If you'd like to spy on what the opposition thinks, check out the game thread on RealCavsFans (http://www.realcavsfans.com/showthread.php?p=137201#post137201), they seem to be really concerned about Felton. I guess the way that he torched them in his rookie season is lingering in their memory.

Only thing with Felton is that Hughes will be guarding him, not scum that is Eric SNow.

Felton really did spank them last year, it was beautfiul

Crash should do well, Lebron is not much of a defender.

One thing will be tough: Their new guard tandem of Hughes and Pavlovich. Ever since that lineup came into play they haven't lost.

I think we'll sqeak it on a Felton game winner: 120-118.

I hope Harrington plays to let Crash guard LBJ, Cavsfans have no respect for Matt Carroll.

If I recall, Adam shut Lebron down once this season. ADAM!

Cavs fans all seem to want a piece of Mcmay for his "hack" excuse me, BLOCK.

Also, I hope Mcinnis can stick it to his former team. He kind of got a raw deal with them.

i think we will lose becase the cavs have more talent and we have no power forward. othella harrington is one of the most useless players in the league today

Adam Morrison > whoever he matches up.

If Adam Plays defense like he did the three games coming off the all star break, we can win this.

Adam Morrison player of the game. Put a poll btw

Watch sportscentre this week - they are bound to show it about a million more times.

Othella Harrington is a useless, cap wasting, space taking pointless Bobcat.

Why BB wont play Twiggy but instead will play that sack of shit is beyond me.

Primoz: The Human Sportscenter lowlight. That dunk by LeBron was amazing.

On a side note: That "Everybody clap your hands clap clap clap clap clap clap clap" is really bugging me. I might turn it into a drinking game and chug a beer everytime they play it.

Be careful.

They play it that much that you'd be lucky to make it to half time without being so drunk that you'd be wearing your pants on your head, you'd solve the problems of the world by talking through them with your dog (who in your drunken state would speak perfect english) and start thinking that Sean May, when you really think about it, is a very actractive, thin man.

Saturday night is a televised home game against the Nets. I might just give it a try. One shot of Bacardi rum each time I hear that song. By the 4th quarter, I should be posting complete gibberish

Walter Hermann is playing really good ball. Hes looking like a keeper.

Crash and Walter "Fabio" Herrmann

Crash for his usual studliness, and Herrmann for his hair, his rebounding/scoring, and his overall clutchness.

THAT was one Hell of a game. Crash played his ass off, and I like what he said following the game. He said that they are trying to start a streak of their own and get into the playoffs. Its good to see that they haven't given up on the season.

BRAVO. we won. You just gotta have faith. Everyone did well except the court warmers.

OMG. Primoz Started and scored 0 points.!!!! Play Ryan Hollins. That time primoz was on the court could have been building time for Hollins.

Hermann is showing true talent as each game plays on. I like that.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gerald Wallace out of the rafters to slam down Felton's miss.

LOL

everytiem we play the bobcats felton owns us, and wallace owns us.

LMAO

its great to know that other people who support other teams know the capability of our team and players. =D

Just got home a few minutes ago turned on ESPN and saw that we beat the Cavs looks like Felton still has the Cavs number stat wise him and Crash played great.

Anybody that watched the game on TV/live how did the rest of the roster look?

Hermann looked very good. Adam looked good in OT with his 30 foot 3 pointer. Crash looked good as always.

Great game... Herrmann was amazing. we gotta keep him.
that Morrison shot in OT was sweet too. holy hell - that guy is a different player when the game gets intense. before long, we'll all be thanking god we don't have to face him down the stretch in a tight game. Crash was great. Ray and Matt both seemed to pick up speed thru the game and deliver big shots at the end. This game was a great reminder of why this team is worth watching. did ya see the crowd in the 4th and OT? they were into it.

next year, i wanna see this:
1: Felton > McCinnis
2: free agent > Matt
3: Crash > Adam
4: Okafor > May > Fabio
5: draft pick > Okafor/Fabio/Jake/Twiggy/free agent...?

coach: Rick Adelman

i went to the game and it was a decent crowd, but they were silent for 3 quarters and then it got nuts.

make no mistake about it.... Gerald Wallace won us this game. so many clutch rebounds, shots and attention drawing drives and dishes to keep this game close and eventually win it. Looks like he is starting to become THE player. we know hes always been good, but lately hes been great. it seems like when Crash wants to win a game... he wins it.

Crash G-force Wallace: It Looks like we better re-sign that dude...

It would really suck to see him show all this value for a losing season and then just go away when its about to get good.

Charlotte is falling in love with this guy I thinks...

I really hope all this greatness isn't because its a contract year. I think he's better than that.

Fromage
03-21-2007, 01:33 PM
I just hope Crash is patient enough to stick it out for another year with us.
last night was just more evidence that we're about 2 good players away from being a really good team.

dvdbumpus
03-21-2007, 01:57 PM
Fortunately we can offer more money than anyone else can for crash

It also appears to me we've found a strong bench rotation, but could just use 2 more starters (center, SG) and we'd be much improved from that.

With our bench playing so much due to injuries, etc we are starting to develop a deep bench. Hopefully we can keep most intact.

haha bumpus... unfortunately a starting SG and Center.. just happen to be the hardest positions to find and fill with great players.

but your right man, those kind of wins show how close we can be to a playoff team.

Crash is becoming THE star around here. its about time he got credit too.

Definitely true. But with the evolution of the Center position, a person like Okafor can be classified as the "new" type of center. While the prototypical center is ideal, a tall/athletic Power Forward can be used with effectiveness in the Center position.

As for the SG spot, yes that's true about it being tough, and there is no evolution of that spot.

Mustachio
03-21-2007, 06:07 PM
i will definetly say that its possible though now adays....

like you said the center spot is slowly changing and like Dirk has shown lately... the best team can be built around tall Forwards who play a different Center style.

SG could be addressed by a solid rotation of abover average guys... not every team has to have Michael Jordan to win the championship.

We were able to watch last night's game on tv here in South Carolina. And what a game it was! The Bobcats really did look good. Gerald Wallace was great as always, but Herrmann really showed what he's about. I agree about him being a keeper! The rest of the gang played well, but Herrmann was most impressive to me. I guess it's because he's just been getting more time in the game lately due to all the team injuries.
