On the Nets squad, Nenad Krstic is injured but it's understandable that you forgot it to add. He hasn't been playing for almost 4 months.

Nets are trying hard to enter playoffs, so they'll try to win so badly. I don't expect a win tonight.

Both teams are coming off dissapointing loses last night if our defense doesn't show up I see us getting another L.

i don't think we can win this one but hopefully we will play a little better defense in the first half as we did yesterday that was really embarrassing. okafor's is really being missed down low. i expect a 10 point loss or so. But Walt will be the player of the game with about 24 ppints.

Nice job again on the game thread Captain Crunch!

New Jersey doesn't impress me. Even though we played like crap last game and we still don't have Emeka back, I think that this is one of those games that we grind out for a win.

Any update on Butterbean's knee?

Yes, we aren't going to have nearly any starters.

Here's who's out:

Raymond: Bruised Thigh
Crash: Severe Cramping (non period)
Okafor: Calf
D-Anderson: Knee
May: Knee; liposuction.

Ok. SO that leaves us with:

PG: Brevin
SG: Matt
SF: Adam
PF: Walter
C: Jake

Pathetic starting lineup if I say so myself...

I respect Jason Kidd and Marcus Williams, but the rest of the team I could give 2 shits and a holler. And yes, I fucking hate the nets - almost as much as I hate the Pacers.

Is it because Jefferson's head looks like a penis?

Looks like one, talks like one, acts like one.

Jefferson my most hated NBA'er

Raja Bell is my 2nd most hated.

With EO50, Crash and Felts out tonight, this should be the game that BB plays Ammo 40 mins and just says "screw it, lets see what the rook can do when he is "the man".

It will be interesting to see how he plays late in the game the same goes for Carroll I see this one being a close so one of those guys should take majority of the shots when we need a bucket.

Fabio >>>>>>>> Ammo

I can't argue with that statement at all he's starting to show signs of greatness I love how he's always active on both sides of the ball.

Another tough lost tonight we stayed in the game the entire time up until that sick tip in by Carter which took us out of the game.

This is one of the first televised games that I had to miss all season, but judging from the stats, Fabio and Matt played real strong and Adam did nothing.

Adam had 47 minutes and only 7 points on 3-11 shooting??? Thats a weak statline.

I hate to lose but considering we were without EO50, Crash, Felts and McMay - I can't fault what our guy's did tonight.

There was no "tanking" from the Nets POV. They want a playoff spot and we serioulsy pushed them.

I took pride in our effort tongiht

Carter's tip was just... No, no. We didn't lose because of that tip in. How on earth could we let that pathetic Josh Boone to score 10-10 lay-ups? His previous career high was 11, tonight he scored 21!!

I can understand Carter scoring 40, and since we'd been playing without Crash it was absolute that we couldn't contain him. Carter sends a message to Jordan. This is a loss that we've faced 43578034 times in our 1st and 2nd year. But still it's hard to resist.

However, we've put a good team effort except extra period. You cannot recognise how I'm proud of Walter's great performances. He deserves to be the Rookie of the March.

And also Alan Anderson is looking quite mature after his D-League stint. I'm still proud of not tanking the season.

I was surprised with the outcome. I expected for us to lose by 30 points but we almost won. Also Walter Herrmann did great starting, he's really proving himself now that he's actually getting to play. Now if only we could get Ryan Hollins some playing time.

I know that Adam Morrison basically had to start with the lack of players, but from now on if 1 or 2 players are injured we need to start Herrmann or even maybe Alan Anderson.
