Who should start for the Panthers at RB. Williams should be the starter in my opinion. He hit's the hole quicker than Foster does. Foster tends to hesitate when he tries to hit the hole. I always though Foster did better being the back-up anyway. Also, with Carolina going to a zone-blocking scheme this year both of our backs should have big years.

I agree that williams should start, but I think that foster should still get at least 10-15 carries a game. We have always said we were a run first offfense. The last 2 years we haven't been doing that, If the panthers get that fixed this year then they could go to the super bowl and lose to the pats again.

This should be like a Dillon-Maroney or Jones-Barber III tandem where both get many carries. I would say Williams should get the bulk because he's more explosive and durable.

Add me to the Williams column. He has more shake and is more of a big play threat that Foster. Plus, I don't think Foster is durable enough for the starter role.

Having Goings as the starter is like saying:

"So easy a caveman could do it!"

I expect us to have to run alot this year, I never was big on relying on rookies, and that's what we have as WR's. Nobody who's proved themselves. Smith ofcoarse is excluded from that group but he'll be double and trippled next season. Somebody has got to step up and catch it other than him.

I'd find it hilarious if Smith got a season ending injury in game one.

...Then I'd probably cry. ;_;

Holy hell, I seriously would cry if that happened.

Quite frankly if Smith goes down we are fucked I'm not sure how much Key would have helped if the latter happened, but still Smith is our Tomlinson we can't afford to lose him.

Williams.

Foster has had too many chances and he's failed every time.

i'd say let them split carries to open the season, and whoever is more productive should get the bulk of the carries the last 3/4 of the season

I'm a Bucs fan...yea it's wrong Bucs fan living in Carolina, but who cares...Foster or Williams, Foster has had so many chances for you guys, and he just never could do it, I say it's Williams turn...but the true question for you guys is whou should start....Cause Delhomme sucks...
