I found this over on TrueHoop... Does anyone know, or has heard if there was friction between Adam and some other player on the roster last season? The person that wrote the comment claims that Adam's statistical plummeting coincided with some issues that he had with a teamate.

If its true and I had to take a guess, I bet it would be the backup PG with the ET-like cranium

When I'm reading this, I'm thinking there are many more NBA players which are much more wrost then these 2, but taking into consideration, these 2 have a significant playing time. I think Walker can do a pretty decent job, if he just works a little bit harder in practice, however Morrison is doomed. A rookie who made it into the NBA, and who looked like he had a bright future. Morrision did used to average 14.5 points a game with 3 rebounds and 1 assist, however when he insulted one of his teammates, his statistics plummted downards. I think the prize of wrost player of the year should go to Morrision, for some how being a young rookie, who probably ruined his career. And by the way, even without Morrision, I don't think the Charlotte Bobcats would have made it into the playoffs. I think one team that deserves to make it in the playoffs would be the New York Knicks, each and every year they have improved a lot, but kept ending the season with a huge losing streak due to injuries.

This guy obviously is an idiot. He thinks the Knicks "deserve" to make it into the playoffs and we do not. Just remember, we had the same record as them with a payroll 1/3 of theirs! He makes statement of their "injuries".
Sure, they had injuries but we did too, and for being the most expensive team they ought to have depth. We overachieved by sheer will. They sucked it up.

and another thing. How can a rookie ruin his career after one season?? I mean...wtf?

And I think that all teammates insult other teammates from time to time...intentionally or not.

The guys name is "KumarKnicks" so of course he's gonna say the Knicks "deserve" to be in the playoffs. A rookie can't "ruin his career" after just one season. A lot of rookies struggle. Morrison has time to improve.

it is true. The knicks are a better team, just devastated by injuries. No offense to the bobcats, b/c they had injuries too, but if Crawford, Lee, Marbury, Q-Rich, and Stevie "Franchise" were all healthy all year, the knicks would have been a 6th to 7th seed team. A healthy bobcats team would have been battling for that final playoff spot with a bunch of other teams.

There is no doubt at all there was some locker room issues this season. Crash said as much as did Felts at one stage too.

Reading between the lines it was hard to make out who they were talking about but something wasn't right.

First off....you are a Knicks fan.....thus.....biased. That aside, I do think that the Knicks would have had a shot at the playoffs if they were healthy.

Now to the good stuff. Okafor missed around 15 games in a row and we lost a majority of them. Him being gone single handedly knocked us out of the playoffs.

The thing is....we are young, have loads of salary space, and have a bright future ahead of us while the knicks are in shambles (yes shambles) with no cap space and a bunch of overrated, overpriced players.

Now to the original post. All you have to do is glance through it to see how much of an idiot this guy is. He can't even structure a proper sentence. Worst player of the year? Give me a break. I'd tell the guy to change his forum ID to M-O-R-O-N but he probably coudn't spell it.

It's true. Adam Morrison, statistically, was the worst starting player in the NBA this season for effective mins.

The only guy close was Collins from the Nets.
