How about this guy with our 22nd pick. He's young but has a great shot, smart kid too.

there is a link to www.nbadraft.net and what they have to say about him. If the youtube link came through it didn't show much. 1 360 slam on a break and the driving around somebody that couldn't play D and dunking. Also hitting an off balance shot from about 10 feet behind the 3 pt line.
I'd take him with our 22nd before I would Rudy.

if i remember correctly, i think both need to get a lot stronger to be able to succeed in nba, so it may be a while for either of them to be a solid contributor

IMHO my vote definitely goes to rudy, as he is more of a slasher than a shooter.
he should bulk up though.
from what the draft sites say about belinelli, he's more of a brent barry-type of player than a manu one. i wouldn't really be depressed if we choose either one anyway. their stock both looks the same to me.

I watched both of them. Belinelli is just a project until now. Maybe he'll be a Gordan Giricek at most. But Rudy carried his team this year and more complete. He's so close to be the next Ginobili.

I'll take Tamb's word on the internation man of mystery. Until then, I think we should stick with Crittenden or Stuckey if available.

Man, Belinelli is much a streak shooter. But Rudy doesn't rely on always his shots, he's mainly a slasher and also can shoot well. That is the difference. Belinelli is unbelievaly inconsistent.

We don't need another Adam.

Bumpus, when Adam developes into an All star I'm going to remind you how much you were down on him after a whole season in the NBA. The kid has had 1 season and he shouldn't be consistent yet. I expected more from him in his first year also, but you really don't like him do you?

Here's the parts I didn't like and translated to my dislikes of Adam.
Man, Belinelli is much a streak shooter.
AND:
Belinelli is unbelievaly inconsistent.
Those games where one night he's awesome and the next he's asleep and doesn't have that fire he had @ Gonzaga...THAT gives me headaches, because I know the talent is there. I have hopes for him as well as Sean May. Adam just did not impress me in his first year, other than he's a better passer than I hoped for. I was dissappointed this year in the lack of growth from him as well, offensively or defensively. By the end of the year he oughtta not look like a deer in headlights. I"m hoping that this is because of the coaches that were replaced and am hoping he gets better developed.
I DID, however, see him obliterate Michigan state for 40+ points his junior year, and I was stoked on him. But does he have what it takes to be a starting #2? I'm doubtful.

I am so wishy washy with morrison... i really really wanna like him, but everything from stats to media to Big slam tell me not to.
the only thing i can tell you is... look at his underrated passing ability... his ability to get his shot off, his ability (evidenced by a couple games, most notably minny) to absolutely take over a game and win it alone.
take all that soak it in and you have a great NBA player.
then take his downfalls, lazy on defense, streaky, and sometimes disappears.
in my own personal opinion, the good potential outranks the downfalls. i think the downfalls can be expected as a rookie on the different side of the world. and most of them can be fixed.
i just think he needs consistent minutes in a set role... wether it be starter at SG this year, or back up to Crash and whoever the starting SG will be. if he gets that i think we will see Ammo bloom.
