I saw this on another message board

"They didn't state that it was official, but they announed it as being proposed.

Lakers get - Kevin Garnett
Pacers get - Lamar Odem, Andrew Bynum
Celtics get - Jermaine O'Neal
T'Wolves gets - Al Jefferson, #5 pick

Per ESPNews"

Somebody responded by saying:

"How this effects the Bobcats: They wont be able to trade up with the Celtics now and the Wolves will take Brewer at 5 and Hawes at 7. Sorry for all you Brewer fans.
How the draft may go down now:
1=Oden 2=Durant 3=Horford 4=Conley 5=Brewer 6=B.Wright 7=Hawes
Now I damn sure hope we take Yi. I would have picked him 3rd after Oden/Durant. Even if Charlotte is afraid he wont play here(he would) he is a bigtime tradeable asset. The Warriors and the Bulls would be knocking on the door trying to give us some good talent for this guy and if we reach on another player(Young,Thorton,Green,Noah) the Bulls will take him 9th mark it down. If the Cats want to make some money how about adding a Billion fans and getting one hell of a prospect at the same time."

Now heres what i think...i dont see the celtics doing this b/c i see jefferson being a young oneil...so to add the 5th pick in the trade is retarded!...but if its true, then i agree with the mock draft that this other guy has made...if yi dropped to us, then we should definitly pull off the JRich trade and take Sean Williams at 18!

New info says Boston is out; back to Lakers and Wolves.

Me and a co-worker were arguing about this Lakers-Wolves thing on Sunday, just passing the time, and here's what he said he would want to do to get KG, and he's a big time Lakers fan: Odom, Bynum, Smush Parker, and a pick for KG and some guard, I think it was Troy Hudson. I think the Lakers would have to come with a pick somewhere in there too, cause Odom is overrated as hell, Bynum still young, and Parker has locker room issues.

Boston made a smart move backing out... for them to give up another high 1st after getting burned last year doing the same thing makes no sense. The team needs to realize they are a top 5 pick for a reason, there is no way one player is going to make this team a championship contender, I mean sure in the east they could make the playoffs, but that will still leave you with another top 5 pick right down the road a little ways.

Agreed. Ainge can win a little bit more now, or win a lot more later with the talent he builds through the draft. J o'neal is not going to win them a championship. There was and is much more talent in Indiana and they couldn't get anywhere with him.

Now all they need to do is draft Yi.

And ESPN reports... Kevin Garnett to the Los Angeles Lakers is.... *drumroll*... dead...

lets see if there is a miracle and the beast comes back to life during the draft, but as of right now it is dead and it looks like Kobe will still be pissed, and KG will still be stuck in Minny for a little bit longer.
