Will the Bobcats keep Brandan Wright, or will they deal him to get Amare? :g:

Do I get to pick, cause I'll go with trade, but I'm not expecting it to happen.

We'll keep him don't see the Amare deal happening with Wright.

THANK YOU STEPHEN A. SMITH!!!

MICHEAL JORDAN IS DOWNRIGHT STUPID IF HE TRADES WRIGHT FOR JASON RICHARDSON!!!

How freaking dumb. Screw the Bobcats. I'm done.

I agree Jax; we still need one more quality big from somewhere....

I predict Brandon Wright ends up with the Bucks and Yi moves to GSW - eventually.

I'm pretty happy myself. I think Wright will be a good player in a few years, but not anytime soon. This is a good trade. We finally get a proven SG in Richardson, and yes I know we still need another quality big guy but I think we made the right move by trading for Richardson.

Definitely the right move. Can't wait to have JRich in town.

Brandan doesn't fit our team identity of passion, desire, and fire for the game and willingness to get down a dirty. Wright might become a great player, but J-rich will be a star in the east and everyone will know his name.

I agree that Wright may end up being a buck depending on the Yi situation.

Honestly, I didn't want to wait for someone to develop that may never develop. I want that fire for winning and he fits the mold better, mentally, physically, and position wise.

Exactly, I'm TIRED of waiting year after year for players to develop and hearing stuff like "our guys are improving every day blah blah blah"

JRich + Wallace + Okafor should equal playoffs in the East, we'll just have to see what coach Vincent can do.

agreed. bobcats = passion, fire, hard work.
j-rich fits the description to a Tee.

absofreakin lutely. Wrights biggest knock, was lack of fire and passion, not to mention he refused to work out against anyone in personal workouts. and from a business standpoint(lets not forget its a business) J-rich is gonna sell way more tickets than another tarheel. We got two WAY more highly recognizable tarheels in May and Felton, and they didnt help tickets much at all... so you know wright wasnt gonna sell tickets. I know my season tickets are behind the basket.... and i expect to get plenty birds eye view alley oop shots this season... nice.

Remember when Wright came in unexpectedly? and he was talkin about "you never know who might trade up to get you"... do you think Golden State wanted Wright more so than Yi? do you guys think the bobcats have known about this since like last tuesday?
