Early indications are the Bobcats have interest in Steve Blake.

I would love to get Blake, but from what I've heard a lot of teams are interested in him. I read somewhere that as many as 11 teams are looking at him.

Blake has had success wherever he's gone. He did well in Denver in their style offense, and there's no indication he couldn't do well here either.
I think he'll be too expensive, however.

Plus, he could very well be a starter somewhere else as he was in Denver. I don't have a problem trying to acquire him though.

We waived Brevin to save 2.7 millions, so I don't think we'll spend more than that money to acquire a "backup" PG.
Steve Blake wouldn't accept to be a backup and also he'll likely be paid not less than MLE. So we'd better look at other options.

I wouldn't be surprised if signed a player between 3-4 million to be a YOUNGER back up. I'm just not sure who's worth that on the FA list.
I think you're right about Blake.
What about Charlie Bell? He's pretty versatile and was a pretty pg when everyone else was hurt. What kind of money do you think he'll get?
