You definitely got me in the mix...We may not have the most talented team this year, but we'll support them through and through. Hopefully Coach K can work his magic....
And if you didn't hear Nelson and Zoubek are having...well just had surgery...

Although I'm not necessarily a Dukie, I do fully support any team that opposes the powder blue evil empire known as the Carolina Tarheels. So, count me in

Ziggy, are you a Wolfpacks supporter?

I agree. We need the freshmen, Nelson and Henderson to step it up big time if we're gonna make up for that terrible season. I have faith in the guys though!

I support them.
Until last year, they haven't been much to brag about but I think they are definitely headed in the right direction with Sidney Lowe as head coach.

i'm sorry, i'm not a duke fan, lifelong carolina fan. but i will say that coach k built a program from nothing into a powerhouse. as much as i hate him on the sidelines, you can't take away from what he's built there.

That is correct. I'm hoping he'll be an improvement over McRoberts, then again I would probably be an improvement over McRoberts. I'm excited about Singler, I think he's gonna be one of the top, if not the top frosh in the ACC.

I liked McRoberts, he was a good leader, and a great passer, sure I would have liked to see him shoot more often, but he could get the rest of the team in position to score and that was good, he was a point guard stuck in his huge body playing down low...

Im A BIG Carolina fan but more than that im a ACC fan from Carolina to Duke to B.C to NC state all of them. I will say Duke has one of the beast coaches ive ever seen along the same level as Dean Smith, Roy Williams.Even being a Carolina fan you have to respect greatness.
The only coach who MAY have been better than all the rest was Jim Valvono. He allways made some thing out of nothing. Had cancer not killed him he could have easly ended up being the best of all time,.

Yeah he was very good as a passer but he was never able to become the downlow scorer we all wanted him to be. He just doesn't have the strenght or the moves in that area of the court. His dunks though, beautiful.

I'm a Duke alum, but in a strange twist, cheer for UNC as well, when they are not playing us. My father, twin brother, and younger brother all attended/attend Chapel Hill, so I support them as well. Blood is thicker than water.

Sure. But UNC? Really?
just kidding.
Go Pack!
Also, I was at the Durham Bulls game last night and Duke had bought out the entire right field stands for their incoming freshmen. However, very few showed up. So, they were handing out free tickets to people (me and my crew) on the streets after we were told that the game was sold-out. Thank you Duke!
