Kelly Dwyer talking up the Cats. Is this positive press from the MSM? I feel lightheaded.

Also some more love from some of HoopsWorlds usual suspects.

Grandmama, both of those articles made me very happy, you've brightened my day and now all seems to be at peace in the world. Long live the Bobcats!

Great finds and good reads. Glad to see some of the others are starting to give us respect. I liked when the guy said we would be the class of the east in a few years. Thease guys are young but ready to turn the conor.

Good finds rep it up..............

Good find!

Couple interesting notes (on the True Hoop article):

The author doesn't appear to like Jordan very much. He/she also says "The Richardson deal needs to be re-thought" and then in the very next line "and picking up a 20 points per game scorer (no matter the contract size) for the eighth pick in the draft will always be a great move".

This one was news:

Jordan couldn't stand Sam Vincent as a player, and worked his tail off to get him shipped off the Chicago Bulls 20 years ago - even though it meant MJ would have to pair with Craig Hodges in the backcourt. So what does it say about Vincent that he was able to overcome Jordan's noted sense of cronyism and win the gig as newest Bobcat coach?

Overall good article however. Nice to see others with the power of the pen giving us our due.

Dwyer ususally writes for SI (or used to), but I agree, I don't think he likes Jordan too much as a GM. I may be wrong but I think he was the one who put out a list of the best to worst GM's a couple weeks-months ago and if I remeber correctly he put Jordan next to last only in front of Billy King or Billy Knight; but behind guys like Kupchack (who blows goats) and Kerr (who had been a GM for something like 3 days)

I guess we will see about his Jrich prognosis but i think he is off base there.

Regardless, first with the Knicks hoopla and SAS opening his jerk mouth on draft night. Then with the R Lewis signing and finally the KG trade, everything we have done has been overshaddowed. But the rest of the league shall reap it come October. Just like CLT's other Cats we Bobby's Cats going to punish the people that sleep on us.

P.S. I am upset about the B.Diddy-Teri Hatcher rumor. This isn't 1994 Lois n' Clark era hatcher is it?

His frontcourt is loaded, even if May and Okafor (as they did last year) combine for 105 games again, and MJ needs to take advantage.

Do they count SF as frontcourt?? Because if not they're crazy.

I've always counted both forwards and the center as the frontcourt.
