Elevate - Media Day

Well since our training camp starts on the 2nd...we should be having a Media Day either Monday or Tuesday. And since this is the "new month" We might be getting the new uniform designs maybe?? I hope so at least. I can't wait for the inflow of new pictures of our team (especially the newest Bobcat J-Rich)

Our new website is meant to be launched this month too.

Can't wait to see that............because the one we have now sucks!!

All we'll need then is a paper and reporter that actually keeps us up to date with the team.

I hope its soon, nothing has been updated like the roster or anything in along time. LOL we have to look else where to find anything going on with the team from other sources. Whats up with that?.... :g:

crash has to be taller than listed (6'7) or J-rich is measured generously @ 6'6. Cuz that's definitely more than one inch difference. Also, Crash looks like he's getting closer to Emeka's size.

Yup, looks like I was right about the font that we will be switching to. Here it is viewable on the practice gym floor:

Very good change in my opinion, I was never a fan of the slanted font thing we had going on. This also hints at a main logo change seeing as the slanted font design was taken from it.

I'm sort of confused however as to why they showed up to media day in boring white unis? What are they waiting for? All of these changes are going really unnoticed in the media and the city as well. Unless you are an uber fan like most of us on here are you won't know anything about them until the season starts and you can't recognize the logo/uniforms/court etc...

I think J Rich is probably about 6'5". Crash looks around 2" shorter than Mek if you factor in his hair.

Great pics though. I taped the little news coverage we had last night to see if it was actually media day and to see what the guys said. ABC still led with the panthers about injuries of course. ::) Overall not much interesting reported on the news except seeing J Rich for the first time talking to the media and his big smile. :biggrin:
