Haven't heard anything new. Does anyone have anything?

I'm hoping that we get a response soon, and if he's out for an extended period we'll be allowed to add another player, as we'll have 3 players out for an extended period of time.

Looks like we're going to play small ball. I can see Bernie just drooling at that ::) (Fortunately it's not with Ray @ the 2.)

The last thing Ive heard about Harrington is that he didnt want to retire and that he fully intends to contribute to the Bobcats this season, that was about a month ago and since I havent heard anything at all and Ive been looking all over for something about him.... :g:

Turns out scientists believe to have found the purpose of the appendix in the Human Body (see link:) http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/10/05/appendix.purpose.ap/.

Perhaps soon we will find the purpose of Othella Harrington in the Bobcats Roster...

In all seriousness, it would be great for him to come in this season and be exactly the big that we need. He gets back in the game and starts bumping the hell outta people., giving Oaks room to do what he does. I mean, really, how awesome would that be?... Not saying that I see it happening, but it would be great.

It says Duds is practicing . But my openion of Harington is still the same . Even it he does come back hes still no help at all . Signing him ranks as one of the worst Bobcats signings ever . Because he didn't deserve one year much less two. Be glad when we get rid of his lazy ass.

Wow, I'm honored. First I'd like to thank Othella, my muse, and of course God without whom none of this would be possible.

That's really awesome, Ziggy, it is appreciated. Just glad to contribute to the conversation.

Really, though, has anyone heard anything about The Big OH? The link from davcbow just says he's still sidelined. I hope he will realize that, at his age, if he's not going to be well enough to contribute, then he will help us best by retiring. I'm sure we could find a spot for him on the payroll in another position. It would help the team.

Heard he's been cleared for practice today according to The Disturber.

Maybe I'm crazy, and maybe I'm just being omptimistic, but I really feel Harrington will help us some what. Kind of replacing what Voskul did last year.

I say 6.5 Points and 4 Reb a game.

I'll be happy if he contributes in ANY way (minus just fouls).

Only good thing I remember from him last year was he made a tip in shot at the buzzer to win a game.

My guess: 10 minutes a game, plays in 40 games.

Agreed , WHAT i didn't like was him saying he would make the decision when hes ready to play. It kinda sounded like he didn't want to play he just wanted a pay check.

He dont sound possitive to me, he's hoping. I think before its over he will re-injure himself and be gone, so who will we get as the 16th player is my question.... :g:

Heck, at this stage, I'd take Kevin McHale. He sucks as a GM, but I bet he can still play the 4 better than some of the scrubs names being tossed about. Next, I'd try for PJ Brown - maybe. Damn, I feel like it will be an indecisive kinda day.
