Before I go off, I'd sorta like to introduce myself, I'm matt and a huge bobcats fan... I moved down here from DC and decided to part ways with the wiz who were starting to get good... I think I have a pretty good eye for talent around the league when I can watch someone play... When the Wiz drafted Andray Blatche I knew that they had gotten something special, and I think that the Bobcats need to get a player like Blatche onto their team. He's 6'11 and can dribble and shoot the three. With confidence and maturity Blatche will be terrific. He would fit in well with Charlotte in my opinion, because of his ability to rebound, yet also the way he can open up the middle and draw his defender out to guard him the in corners, giving charlotte (and crash) more opportunities for driving the lane. Hes also on a terrific contract for the wiz, I think they resigned him for 3 mill a year for 5 or 6 years... So thats the first player I would really like to see on the cats... opinions?

Also when I first heard about Monta Ellis (from my father while he was working in Mississippi) I found out about him... His talents under nellie have been revealed, but I thought he might be an interesting player for the cats, as he could play sg move jrich to sf crash to pf and oak to c, even though this is a small team it would be approaching warrior like quickness (o wait two of the players were on the warriors :)) and might be a fun team to watch rack up the points.

Any other young, maybe lesser known players in the nba you all would like to see on the bobcats? I'd love to hear about the players that I havent really found out about who have great potential in the leauge...

Al Horford is a beast, I wish we could have picked him up in the draft but... o well, I am very happy with our picks.

Thinking of our picks I think that Davidson is going to do well even if his one offensive option is spining from the block and shooting, I've seen him j those, I am glad he is another option that hopefully the sammy will chose to use

granted I didnt really talk about how we would get these players, but still one can dream... still wondering why we didnt go for blatche this summer?

Welcome Matt, I also was eying Blatche this summer. Kinda bummed we didn't go for him. Thought he'd be a good fit. Davidson and Dudley both should turn out to be excellent picks.

Welcome to the board Matt . Great first post . I think most of us talked about adding him in the summer. He could have filled a very weak spot we have.

As for others to pick up through trade . I would like to see Charlie V, OR Frye . Nither is happy with thair playing time.

i wouldn't take on frye, he seems soft to me. but i would welcome villanueva whose versatility is unmatched by 95% of the league

yeah, i thought he was going to be a beast but that injury of his slowed him down IMO.

As long as we're operating under the suspension of disbelief, some younguns I'd like to see play for us are Martell Webster and LMA. Webster wouldn't even make sense with our roster, but since this is a wishlist, I figure, what the hell

Welcome Matt. I dont know about Blatche, but Golden State will not give up Ellis. We'll add some quality people next season when we drop some unwanted Contracts.

I know GS wont give up ellis, which is too bad, but he fits in pretty well there anyways... Charlie Vill would be a great piece for the bobcats, hes almost is a better version of sean may (significantly better shooter) if you ask me, o yeah and he actually plays during the season... oh well

If we need another wing anytime soon (probably not), then I'd like us to look into Ersan Ilyasova. Very unlikely though.

I'd take a hard look at Amir Johnson in Detroit. He's buried on the bench there and will be a star someday.

what about louis scolia, he is playing well for the rockets. he doesn't have the scoring but the scrap around the boards would help. love charlie v and l. aldridge.
