lamarcus aldridge. look portland isn't going anywhere and they already know this so why not get something they can use. 1. a expiring contract(primo) 2. another shooter(hermman) 3. some room to add help for oden when he returns next year.

ant jamison. the wiz are going to be rebuilding after this year. face it arenas has already said he wanted out. they won't resign jamison for the simple fact that they can't make anything work because agent zero is go. this clears up more cap room for free agents and if need can resign hermann for his shooting cheap. :afro:

Portland has specified that they wont give up LMA, and they have good reason. He is proving to be a monster and they are looking to him and Oden to be a stacked frontcourt for years to come.

I think that Jamison would be a good target as he played in the area and our team needs a PF. But I think it would be better to wait and just sign him at the end of the year rather than trading. Unless we trade Primoz

You're going to need much more salary going out our end before the Jamison trade balances out. Since we have no bad contracts to add in the only alternative is a core guy...which we won't do. Most teams also have a full roster, so a 2 for 1 isn't feasible.

Portland aint trading LMA.

Neither trades are realistic.

LMA is just as much a part of Portland's future as Oden.

Meanwhile, Jamison's not going anywhere unless the Wizards are completely out of contention. They were a legitimate Eastern Conference contender last year before Butler and Arenas got injured. They're not going to break up their core unless they're out of contention. That being said, even if they trade him, we'd have to match salaries, which wouldn't be in our best interest since we can sign Jamison in the off season.
