Im tired of it. Theres no way to put out a worse lineup than any lineup with Jeff McInnis starting. If you put Adam Morrison and Sean May out there with Othella Harrington Jermareo Davidson and Paul Mokeski... we would be better off.

we play 4 men against 5 on offense... because Jeff cant pass and no one guards Jeff cause he wont hit open shots. hes no threat at anytime. except to his own team due to his turnovers.

and on defense it just gets worse... with Jeffs turnstyle defense. hey look ill throw one hand at the ball and either foul the player or let him charge past me like i was a matador.

It's going to get worse. Felts is only going to deteriorate after being thrown under the bus by Vincent in the media (and that royally pisses me off; if I have to deal with that give me Larry Brown) and Vincent is going to keep rationalizing that the problem is everything but himself.

I cheered the other day when he rolled his ankle a little and went to the bench.. i was more cheering the benching than the injury. But he came back and i booed it.

I was booing him a lot last night. I can't stand it when he's on the court.

There was a time when the on-court line-up was something like: Felton, Carroll, Dudley, GW and Nazr. Is it just me, or would anyone else rather see this line-up start games than to see the line-up we've been using as of late? As hot as JRich has been shooting, that wouldn't be the best set of starters we could use, but at least Jeff is not on the court.

Seriously, Mr.s Jordan, Bickerstaff, Higgins, Johnson, et al, can this guy and get someone else to backup felton.

Vincent is the same guy that said Jeff McInnis is a great backup point guard because Raymond Felton is the starter. He admitted earlier in the season Jeff wouldn't be an asset if Raymond wasn't in front of him. Now his ass is starting, hurting Raymonds development again. Ridiculous.

Coach Sam Vincent's insistence on starting Felton and Jeff McInnis gives Charlotte one of the league's worst backcourts. Felton's offense is pretty bad right now, so why put him at a scorer's position? If Vincent wants to go small and move Jason Richardson to the three slot, a backcourt of Felton and Matt Carroll would seem a much better fit.

Vincent is the only coach in the NBA that would even play him and it's insanely STUPID how much PT he actually gives him. Jeff wouldn't get more than 8-10 minutes a game on ANY OTHER TEAM and yet he plays 25+ minutes with us?

Right there with you Mustachio. I have no good feelings for UNC, but I do like me some Raymond Felton. At the very least, I would trust him at PG. Even more, I'd trust him at PG over Jeff McInnis. It's insane that Jeff would be playing so much. It obviously hasn't been working.

What I find funny is with Brevin last year starting we were 7-21. When he got injured and Raymond became the starting PG, we played .500 ball the rest of the year.

Right on! I'm a fairly open minded person, so I was willing to give this...uh...experiment a chance, but gimme a break already!!! It was a failure. It's not going to magically click, so why does he continue to beat the dead horse that is this version of the "small" lineup?? Raymond needs to go back to PG, and either Matt or Jared should start in place of Jeff. This won't happen, thus Vincent is most incompetent coach in the league: Thomas is just an asshole who nobody likes, Vincent is incompetent and confuses his players.

Jordan must be ok with McInnis starting with his recent talks and such with the coach and team, so there is definately a real reason he is still starting. Is Felts really that bad or is there some other reason? :g:

Tooling around on ESPN.com I came across Hollinger's PER (player efficiency rating). He used this to come up with who he thought should be an all star about 2 weeks ago and he was pretty close on some guys. I think Hollinger is one of the smartest most analyitical basketball people around so I take his stuff pretty seriously especially something based completely on numbers.
Ray is ranked 33 overall, that means 30 teams starters and then 2 bench guys are more efficeient on the court than Ray. Hollinger calls him a PG eventhough he is forced into the SG spot somehow.
Jeff McInnis, our starter, is ranked 77, which means, well it means he flat out blows and wouldnt be the 3rd guy on many teams.
Earl Boykins is last on the list but thats after only playing in one game this season.
Jeff McInnis, logically should never start for this team. Emotionally I get so angry when he plays that I tune him out, he's not even out there, which in my mind and on the floor takes us to 4 on 5, or maybe even 3.5 on 5 because Ray is half as effective with Jeff on the floor.
Is our only hope that Earl Boykins takes over? But what then? Does Ray get benched because Ham Radio is in love with Jeff?
