If you just read between the lines in the artical it looks like Carroll is blaming the rotation or lack of a rotation on his preformance. To me this looks like a very indirect shot at coach Vincent. As we are starting to see the lack of faith the players have in thair coach.
Would like to hear your thoughts on this artical.

I bet he and the other Bobcats have to do their best from erupting about how bad Vincent is when they are interviewed.

with richardson playing so well lately, there haven't been many minutes available to matt. however, he needs to get in, even if it means sitting richardson a little bit more. if carroll can get in for 20-25 minutes spelling richardson, wallace and felton.
but i've just had an epiphany:
instead of starting mcinnis in a "small lineup" go with
felton
CARROLL
richardson
wallace
okafor
what a great idea, why don't i coach the cats haha cuz mcinnis is that bad haha

Do we all think thats what Matt is pissed about ......lol
I feel for Matt when I'm at the games. He is pretty much everyone's favorite underdog type player and every time he launches one up the arena holds it's breath. People expect him to hit every single 3 pt shot.

This is very true.
The fans watching at home also expect "The Hammer" to nail every shot. :)

Personally, it disappoints me that he is playing this card. It is not professional at all. It is making excuses and bitching and moaning from the players, and I have no respect for that at all. If he has a problem, he should take it up with MJ in private or with his teammates, but NOT the press!!

hes not bitching and moaning, he is responding to the question by saying the rotations have left him off of his normal ways... makes sense to me, vincent cannot figure out to run a high pick for carroll so he can get open spot up and hit a three, I would be pissed too. Every major player has begun to let us know how much they arent connecting with vincent... seriously

But a player with class would keep it private and in house only, not take it to the Press. You just don't respond or change the subject, but do not discuss it with the Press.

What about a coach with class? What would he do? And shouldn't we hold Coaches to standards higher than we do for players?
I don't see anything wrong with what Matt said. If he had called someone out specifically, that'd be another thing. He would be lying if he didn't say that the new rotations weren't bothering his play. BUT, in the article he does put it upon himself to step up.
Matt's got class. He's just gotta find his shot, and get his confidence back. He started to do some of that in tonights game. Bottom line, he should be getting more consistent minutes, because it will lead to him being more consistent.

What a concept! What we're doing now obviously is not working.

that would be a better experiment than any of vincent's ideas for our lineup. *sighs*
i'm not that angry on coach v just yet. it's just that his way of playing our guys are not working for the W. :(

Coaches always call out their players when someone is not trying or playing hard. That is normal. And make no mistake about it, some of these guys are showing no heart at all!
I do agree with you that Coach needs to accept some blame himself. Good coaches will always take some of the blame upon themselves. He does need to step up and do that, you are dead right on with that comment.

Carroll has class and handled the artical with class. As i said in my first post about this is read between the lines.
Matt didn't come right out and blast Vincent about playing time. But clearly he feels like the rest of us . He has to think MCINNIS is getting mins he should be geting. In the artical he said he had no truble with Rich starting at all.I respect him for taking a back up role with no ill feelings . But when the worse player on the team starts eating up his mins [MCINNIS] Im sure he gets flusterated.

that is true, the bobcats don't seem to be playing as hard as they have in past seasons
