PG- Kidd
SG- Carter
SF- Jefferson
PF- Collins
C- S. Williams

PG- McInnis
SG- Felton
SF- Richardson
PF- Wallace
C- Oak

I would like to pick us in this one but I would predict a big game from Carter and their bench. We are up in the 4th but lose by 10.

Having a big game from OK50 is the key to this game. I would love to see Coach V give a starting nod to Nazr.
That way i think we have the edge in side . Jefferson , Carter , Wallace and Rich should be good match ups like last game. If Felyon guards Kidd it should be instering.
DAMN i forgot Mcinnis is playing and trying to guard CARTER LIKE LAST time. Hell Carter might go off for 50

If Mcinnis wasen't playing this would be a hell of a game to watch . A confidence builder.Everbody thair tonight BOO Vincent And Mcinnis................

Execute the half court game and try to get to the basket. We actually win when Felton does this. It also opens up Emeka in the post

Well I'm actually going to the game. Hope some others do too, I had a spare ticket and couldn't get a soul to take it until late today. No one wants to see bad basketball. If McInnis starts I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I want to see Ryan get some pt, Dudley needs to be in there, correct me if I'm wrong but NJ isn't known for their post scoring or defense. I agree if How High starts Carter could go off for 50. As a semi-casual observer, NJ seems old and small, we are young and have some height(i couldnt call Jamario and Ryan bigs), we could try and make them match up with us instead of us play to their strengths...remains to be seen.

Acording to the Bobcat's website, the game is on a station called RSNE+O...

WHAT THE HECK IS RSNE+O!?

Thanks for starting the thread guys!

RSNE+O?? Sounds like a bad chemistry formula to me :)

Please let the team play some respectable basketball tonight... please.

I'm cool with what I've seen so far. Still don't think mcInnis should be on the court at the beginning of the game, but...

JRich is awesome (for 3!)

Nets starting to make a push (we're up by 13 now) and coach replaces Gerald with Hollins. Hopefully it's just for a short rest and he'll be back soon. Could be a worse sub. Could be Jason.

i love the closing line-up:

felton
caroll
richardson

okafor

nice experiment vincent! :D

P.S. we have 5 players (going six, hammer = 8pts atm) in double figures! today is a great day!

I wouldn't mind this as the starting line-up...IMO if Nazr and Carroll could get 20-25 minutes a game and take up some more of McInnis's minutes it could help...just wish Dudley would get a bit more time...

Alright Vincent, your starting to play Hollins more so I think it's time to see Dudley also.

It would be good if V would implement all of our younger players and kind of give everyone established roles so everyone knows where they stand and what is expected of them. Things run much more smoothly when this happens.

16 point win...finally a win....now we just need quite a few more...man what I would do to go on a streak like the Blazers were just on...And Dudley got some PT...and a shot lol even though he missed it...2 minutes...that's more than the previous games...

Muttley

Wow, really needed this one. Nice playing. 115 points? Looked like a different team out there. Also, I dig that line-up too.

Next games are gonna be tough. Real tough.

I guess Vincent finally sees what line-up works when we're trying to close out games. Good win, but I wish he would have figured that out sooner.

Good production from almost everyone. Oddly enough McInnis seemed more effecient in less minutes played tonight.

Solid night from felts with a 17 and 7. Nazr chipped in with 17 as well as OK50.

Looking at this box score makes sense! Our hot player (JRich) played more than anyone else. Our key contributors off the bench had decent minutes (Nazr and Hammer). I wish this were duplicated more often.

Tonight was a great win. Good game from Felton with pts and assists and kept TO's down. Okafor, Crash, J-Rich, Carroll and Nazr all played well. And when you shoot nearly 59%, well, you are suppose to win.

Great win. Now, if we can manage to win 1 of the next 3, I'll be ok with this 4 game stretch.

It was great to see a solid game from Emeka. Maybe this is the end of a really bad stretch for him.

You guys are right, Vincent's lineups and sub patterns were pretty good tonight. I really like how he made an effort to get Hammer more PT (even more important...Touche's PT). We fed the post throughout most of the game (got a little lax in the 3rd) and it paid off bigtime...Nazr & Mek went 15 of 17 from the field!

And everyone rebounded. It caught be by surprise that Mek and Nazr only got 6 and 7 respectively, but JRich and Hammer also pulled in the boards.

I love winning!!!!

i wouldnt be so quick to give Sam Vincent the credit.

It appears Jordan made a pre-game pep talk.

even held Sam out of pre game press

"The sense of urgency was apparent before the game, when part-owner Michael Jordan made a rare appearance in the locker room and met with coach Sam Vincent in his office about 90 minutes before tipoff"

Vincent's pregame availability with the media was delayed while he met Jordan. "We're on the same page," Vincent said before listing a number of areas where they need to improve. "Playing harder on defense, blocking out so we're not giving up so many second chance opportunities and being a little bit smarter on offense." ...

sounds like someone got a talkin to.
when Jordan speaks. team listens.
when Sam speaks. team loses.

Not to be braggarts, but the win tonight had much more to do with the Keetch and Beagle connection behind the 'Cats bench tonight!! I think the players and Vincent could sense the vibes being given off from bobcatsplanetkind, and it all just came together for them!

Keetch + TheBeagle= Bobcats 1-0

I hope everyone on the team (coach and players) learned a valuable lesson with this win, the line ups, the substitutions, ect that we can apply to taking one from Boston tonight. Wish I could have seen last nights game but it sounded good on audio pass.... :cheers1:
