We almost got them the first time we played them if we all remember the last second shot that won it for Boston. We will have to hang tough in their house to get them tonight and stop that 9 game win streak, if we play as we did last night we can take them but MiCinnis's minutes need to be less.

i hope the cats can at least keep this one close. hopefully wallace and richardson can be very productive, i think they'll have an edge there. hopefully, we can play them tough, if they do that, i'll definitely be pleased

We can do this! Tony Allen can be minimized by J-rich and crash can contain Pierce. I can only hope that Nazr is utilized and will team with Okafor to guard Garnett. I think this is a game that we need to use kick outs.

J-rich and Crash will affect this games outcome, like most of them. We need go performances by Nazr and Okafor with offensive boards and high % shots. Ray needs to feed, not score.

100-98, Bobcats surprise all as MJ provided that much needed spark.

There is no reason why we shouldn't be able to win this game, espeically if we can get to the rim, run, and play inside like we did last night. The Celtics are going to remember how they barely squeaked by last game, though, and won't sleep on the Bobcats. Even a close loss in which the Bobcats play really well could be a boost and could lead to winning some games before the long road trip, much like the close loss by the Giants to the Patriots was a boost to them. Come on, Bobcats.

Yeah, I just want to see us play hard and show some team cohesion. I hope to see McInnis minutes start to shrink more, but it's more important to see the team play well as a whole (if that can happen with McInnis running the O). I wanna see Oak continue to step it up and work with Nazr, but getting by KG will not be easy.

Hope JRich didn't use it all up last night.

The Cats have a little bit of momentum from last nights victory and I'm hoping our players come out playing with a chip on there shoulders by remembering that Ray Allen buzzer beater. With no Allen I like our chances even more if our starters show up (J-Rich, Crash, and Okafor especially)and some productive bench scoring from Hammer once again tonight would be great to see.

This isn't looking good so far. 13 to 15 point quarters seem to kill us almost every game.

Here's to hoping they haven't thrown in the towel already. Not down a ton, but the sheer amount of points we've scored right now (25 with 5 to go in the 2nd) is scary.

Down by 6....We need to keep scoring, and get the defense going..Nice pass by felton and shot by okafor....Stay in it...down by 4 now... but OMG McInnis has fallen for that dumb pick multiple times leaving Eddie House open...it's getting on my nerves...Nice to see Ray playing a bit more PG, but McInnis shouldn't be doing any SG....Nazr and Okafor having another good game so far....Richardson too...Now only if we could get some threes going in...

Thrilled to see our guys put on a run like that. Down 11 to the hottest team in the league and we didn't roll over.

Hopefully Boston will continue to struggle next quarter. 41 seems like a week half for them.

Holy crap this is great! JRich lit it up tonight! Felton had 8 assists, no turnovers (why did he play less than Touche?)

Hopefully this will be something where we can look at it and say "this is where things officially turned around".

J-Rich DEFINATELY made up for that horrible pass last game vs boston! I liked that coach V played Nazr alot more than jeff this game. Maybe he reads this site :biggrin: and realizes that Jeff is nothing more than a backup. I love how GW stood up to Garnett at the end. If we can somehow make the 8 seed in the east (assuming the celtics stay at 1) I think we would have a shot at pulling off a golden state style upset. Great win and I can go to bed happy!

Edit how bout the announcers after the show said "JRich is a good player on a really bad team"...how can you say that when we beat them by 12...

To Ohara I said a few pages back that he coached a solid game but I'd still like to see more Dudley and less Jeff.

I saw more attitude tonight than i've ever seen a Bobcats team have. Felton having words with KG. Wallace steping in and telling K.G to get out of Feltons face. Rich is a All Star posting the numbers hes posted the last ten games. We played high clabier play off basketball tonight as a team playing toghter. Would still like to see a little less Mcinnis and little more Dudley and Hollins . But i get the feeling we fixing to turn this whole season around. Nice team play.

definitely nice to see some passion from the cats. that has been lacking since bickerstaff left. j rich is playing out of his mind, he made paul pierce's great defense on him look defensless with each step back jumper. it was awesome. hopefully they'll be able to keep it up for an extended amount of time. 2 wins against 2 probably playoff teams in 2 nights!

Funny thing is, I said a similar thing MUCH earlier in the game about Wallace!

Jason Freaking Richardson. Those two shots with Pierce all over him? I mean really, that's just pure nastiness.

Damn, this is sweet. Savor it boys and girls, cause you never know. If we keep this up, though, I like our chances in Cleveland.

May I also take a second to mention Nazr Mohammed? The man played beastly tonight, just how we needed him. I don't care if his name is on the starting line-up or not, so long as he plays like that at the end of games!

Lastly, can't say enough about GW - team leader GW - stepping in to get Raymond's back against none other than KG. That's what a team is.

Gotta love it. OHara, Vincent gets a reprieve until at least Friday. Hope he helps the team keep this up!

Haven't seen the tape of the game yet, but just seeing the score, I had to come here and share my love with y'all!!!!!!!! What a win!!! The second of my four grim predictions has bitten the dust (Cats won't win a game against an elite team this year, like they did last year), and I'm loving every bit of it! Who knew it could be so much fun to be wrong :wink:

PS. I don't know how good or bad of a job Vincent did tonight, but I'm happy for him that, as a former Celtic, he took the underdog Bobcats into Beantown and ripped their asses!!! That had to feel incredible for him, and for that, I'm happy for him.

Yep I hated how they Stuart Scott kept calling our team "Kids" I understand were young but damn and the whole Stephan A Smith saying it's only one game BS and not really trying to give credit where it's due. Props to Bill Walton though atleast he talked like he watched the damn game.

I think we found the chink (they are suseptible against high-powered athleticism) in the armor, and the Wiz are tearing that chink wide-open! Good to see because those pompouse Beantowners don't need to have EVERYTHING handed to them. They need a little humble pie now and again :wink:
