View Full Version : Charlotte Bobcats...wow
I have to admit that the Charlotte Bobcats were not really "on my radar" until their recent victory over Boston. (I am a Pistons fan.)
Then I watched the Bobcats play my Pistons last night and...wow.
What an impressive, gritty, performance!
The Bobcats deserved to win that game. (Tough break at the end.)
Charlotte has to be proud of this team.
P.S. And that Nazr Mohammad guy...he's pretty good, eh? I don't suppose you'd be interested in trading him to Detroit, would you?

Thanks, man.
I don't think the Pistons took us very seriously until the last few minutes, which allowed the game to be closer than it probably should have been. But "gritty" is certainly the word I'd use to describe our performance.
Yeah, Nazr is working out great for us. I can see why he didn't get as much burn for you guys, as he does make some mental mistakes with the ball at times. However, his rebounding and offense have been huge for us, more than making up for the few TOs.
Cheers.

Not a chance! Nazr's O has been too crucial to us. And now he's even playing well alongside Okafor (or should I say Okafor is playing well alongside Nazr now).
Great game. The Pistons are my secondary team (for at least the time being, they've been my "playoff team"). I wish them well, but really wish we had gotten that game last night.

2 things.
Thanks to the Pistons fan, appreciate you coming in and talking to a lowly message board from some under the radar team.
there is no such thing as a moral victory. No matter how happy i am with the way the team played or how screwed i feel by the refs, all i really care about is the W.

I didn't get to see the game. Was it a bad call at the end?

Yep it was a horrible call the jumper that J-Rich shot looked like it was about to be an air ball until Emeka guided the ball to the rim.

Yep and called us for offensive goal tending which kept us from winning the game..... It was a good game except the Refs..... we shouldnt have gotten that BAD call, we should have scored the bucket which would have won it..... :g:

You got it! And I agree, it is nice to have fans from other teams posting here with thoughtful insights, and not just "Bobcats suck. HAHAHA". I think this speaks highly of the quality "virtual community" we have here at Bobcatsplanet, and for that we should all be congratulated!
But yes, to see my view on the Detroit game, just go to the game thread. Moral victories were okay the first 3 years, but it's gotten old now, and I've got no use for them.
