Defend the pick and role

The main reason for our loses this year is defending the pick and role.
What would you do to stop this problem. Or at least make it better.

Me i would take out Mcinnis , hes just to slow and dosent move his feet.Puting Nazr in along with Mek would all most solve this problem . As one of them hedges on the pick like Jake did last year and the other defends the paint . Mek can't do both ,and Mcinnis acts more like a matador than a basket ball player. Felton moves his feet but no one is hedging the pick. Felton is fast but no one in the league is fast enough to go around a pick and stay on his man .
Vincent please have some one hedge the pick. High school theams even do this.

I agree dav7z when McInnis is on the floor its like we are playing a man short. He can pass the ball is about all he can do ok, he wreaks on defence the only advantage with him playing is it frees Felts up some. The results are a freed up Felts playing 4 on 5 basketball against the other team which V should realize; it makes me wonder if V isnt sand bagging the season with his line ups in order to get a better selection in the next draft (big, big, big,). LOL (hey its just a thought)..... :g:
