With the trade deadline approaching and with the loss to sub par teams like philly n sac as of late, i really feel that a major change is needed again in the bobcats organization. This time, i think its not in the roster part as much, sure,we need another rebounding big n a pg to add, but the most obvious revamp we need to correct is our coaching staff, vincent as top priority. he has mess up this season for us, bad move after bad move.. before coming in, he requested for a scorer we got him j-rich. then he requested for another big, we got him nazr. Now, he has stoop to the level where he is already blaming players for loses, no class whatsoever. i think with all the support the management had given him he should have led the team to perform better, he has no excuse whatsoever. to make matter worse, he flip flop on ray's role, thus playing the old jeff mcinnis 40 mins/game and have him starting.
players with talent is an asset in any team, but if you have no clue hw to use them, they become useless... and the question then is what's the point in acquiring more talents.
