Just reported by Stephanie Ready:

Raymond re injured his left ankle

bobcats are getting destroyed. Hope that they are short injuries. They are not returning for the rest of tonights games. Not that they would anyway, its rough, really really rough.

My guess is the injuries were enough to take those guys out of the game as a precaution, but not so bad as to keep them from playing tomorrow. I have no inside info on that though, just speculation.

Both of them play with injuries every day that would keep players like D Wade on the bench for half of the season. Two of the toughest players in the NBA. Of course, playing hurt and not healing doesn't really help anyone so maybe it's a detriment?

The ones you want to be out of the game are always the only ones that never get hurt..... :g:

So, does anyone know for sure that Wallace will play tonight against Denver or not?

rick? Mr. Bonnell? Hello? Oh sorry guys he's at the Nick Mackey thing today like everyone else from the observer.
Both of these guys are so tough. Part of me says, sit out guys let Sam really sweat.

Check the link on the Denver Game Thread: GW is out tonight; very doubtful for Phoenix as well :(

Yeah, a week. That means we lose him for Phoenix and NJ Nets games. Ouch. At least Dudley will get some good PY upon which to build. There is a silver lining in everythng!

Agreed Dudley might open up the coachs eyes. I loved Mcinis not playing last night [HELL]the team didn't miss him at all. Wallace is great and we will miss him but Dudley can be a very solid role player on this team. And im glad hes getting a chance to prove it. I just hate Wallace had to get hurt for Dudley to be able to prove it.

the only silver lining in this is.... you guessed. It will make Sam actually have to coach instead of occasionally winning a ballgame because he has 2 20 point scorers.

I could win 17 ball games with Jrich and Crash. Now we see what hes really got. which isnt much i cant tell you that.

Maybe if Sam had played JD a little earlier and more often Gerald wouldn't be hurt, then again he is called Crash for a reason and would get hurt no matter what. Dudley and DA, I'd like to see Matt start driving more, JRich take over some games, Ryan get some more PT, I'd like to see more of all of this, and with out Gerald it's possible we'll be forced to see it.
