Primoz goes off again. 13 ppg I dont know primoz... but what he does say about Bernie, I have to believe. Look at the love he has for him. None of that for Sam. Damn.

Primoz is clearly delusional when it comes to his self worth
"I've been in this league for seven years. People know what I can do," Brezec said, clearly agitated. "Sam Vincent didn't know what he got."

True.
But I do think it's interesting that he said with Bernie we would likely be a playoff team. That's about the clearest indictment of a coach anyone can make other than saying, "this guy sucks."
If BB was still coach we'd all still be getting mad because he only had three plays and one of them would have been Swish running baseline off that double screen back door cut, popping out at the elbow and jacking up a shot.
BB was a great motivator, but a lousy coach.

Which only makes the Vincent indictment even more powerful.

This is all very entertaining! :) Primo will likely become more used to playing for lots of different teams as his NBA and FIBA careers move further along. He's a big guy; there will be much more basketball for him in the future; and many many different teams. He should keep his bag packed at all times.

Wow.
I don't know who to dislike here more. I think it's Vincent, but Primoz is saying some crazy stuff that would make Darrell Hammond's version of Chris Matthews proud.

"I have no problem with Sam Vincent. I was just frustrated that he said that he didn't get 12 or 13 points from me that he needed," Brezec said. "Of course he didn't get it because I didn't get the ball. Come on"
Primoz shouldn't be complaining he didn't get the ball.
There's a reason he didn't get the ball.

You know what's a couple really swell ways to get the ball?
Rebounding and not dropping passes.

Primoz is still upset about being traded is all it is. I still say the only thing I didnt like about that trade was losing Herrmann..... :g:
I thought Sam was very classy when asked about Primoz running his mouth after the Raps game.
Sam spoke very calmly and refused to be drawn in and down to Primoz level only mentioning he was dissapointed considering how strongly the front office supported Primoz through who knows what that kept him away from playing and training for so long but still drawing a pay cheque.
Primoz is an ungrateful POS.

I can agree that was surprisingly classy. Now if he can only be classy when talking about his current players...

Yeah, Sam was very surprising considering the carelessness he's shown towards speaking to the media thusfar.

And that might be the sign of beginning learning lessons by his mistakes.

I hope you guys are right about his mistakes and him learning by them , And hope hes learning to trust in his key players such as Felton to run this team . Who i think is better quilifed to run the team than coach Vincent when hes on the floor. Points have a feel for what might work at the time.[ they in the heart of the battle] Vincent has to learn to trust Felton whitch hasn't happened til this day , May be a little the last two games.
Sam did handle PRIMOZ thing well,

I don't think it's a reach with him saying that if we had Bernie with this current squad (with a 100% Wallace of course) we would probably be fighting for a playoff birth at the moment instead of it being out of reach which it seems like now.
Reguardless though I don't want Bernie back just move Vincent to an assistant and than bring in Larry Brown who has said several times this year that he wants to return and we all know he loves taking coaching challenges.
